Fast friendly check in to a nice clean comfortable room.

Found crying baby ALONE in our room sleeping in a crib. I was holding the baby while my husband went back to the front desk because the phone didn't work. A man entered the room and became enraged when he saw me with his baby. He became threatening and charged towards me, screaming. Terrifying. Luckily, he let me explain. Manager never did apologize!

Well, we were given the key to a room that was still occupied by guests. Fortunately, they were out when we barged in, but their clothes and such were all around. After that, we were upgraded to a top room. It was very big, but there was nothing any better there. It was mostly vacant space. The bathroom was still small with no special tub. The lighting was terrible, and there was a tiny desk/table with no light for a desk. Nothing special. Also, the location is just a little out of the way, and rather hard to find. We had reserved for three persons, but we had to ask for sheets for the pullout bed, and then we had to make it.

Really enjoyed this place. They have a pool and the room is very cozy. Only thing it is expensive but at the same time it was a very nice place.

This hotel wasn't worth over $100/day, but if you can get it for less at least you won't be too disappointed.

Nothing fancy about this place. Breakfast was good & area was kept clean. Booked at this hotel thinking I would be staying in a queen. Turns out they were full size beds.. Housekeepers were friendly and the front desk employees were hit or miss. the one man that helped us was terrible, not friendly and pretty much rude.

Front desk staff was cheerful and awesome. The rooms were comfy and clean having a microwave and mini fridge was a plus for us and housekeeping was very pleasant to US during our stay. I will stay here again.

Hotel served it's purpose. It's quiet and has a nice pool.

Just a quiet weekend get away. An out of the way place, that's what we were looking for. Great local dinning.

I stayed for a week after my home sold. It was a very nice hotel, close to shopping and restaurants as well as I-275. My only complaint (minor) was that the washer and dryer took a long time and didn't do a very good job of drying. Much nice than a two star hotel.

Clean. Fast internet. Quiet. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. No negatives. Would stay again for sure when back in town.

This was our first visit to Cincinnati for our grandsons baseball tournament and our first stay with Comfort Inn. We were very satisfied with our accommodations. The room and bath were very clean, the bed comfortable with plenty of pillows, and the hotel staff courteous and prompt. We especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was well stocked with a nice selection to choose from. We felt this inn was a good value for our money.

This Comfort Inn was one of the best I have visited. I actually thought it was a new facility. The free breakfast is very nice and a free benifit given to guest. I would Highly Recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Put into a smelly smoking room.

The hotel has the advantage of being near a major shopping and restaurant area, yet it is located on a reasonably quiet street. The room was large, well maintained, and clean. The breakfast area is large and comfortable, and the breakfast bar was well stocked with good food. It was easy to get to and from the hotel and the major interstates. Would definitely stay again.

Upon checking in, I arrived in the middle of a shift change, and had to wait until the two young men at the desk changed out the money drawer, and whatever else needed to be done. I arrived to my room which had terrible stains on the carpet, and I didn't want to take my shoes off. The shower curtain was moldy, which made the bathroom smell bad. The side entrance door was broken, so it never closed all of the way, and my room was right next to it, so I did not feel very secure. Anyone at anytime could walk into the hotel. It was not the best experience as one of my hotel stays. I would not return.

The Comfort Inn and Suites in Cincinnati was conveniently located and easily accessable from the highway. The room was large and comfortable and contained all of the necessary ammenities. Close to shopping and retaurants, the location was perfect.
