Ok for a last minute option and thankful they had a room available.

The hotel overall is clean and the staff are nice. The free breakfast is marginal. The only choices of cereals are Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes. Not bad choices if you want to work on developing diabetes. There is something egregiously wrong with the locks on the quest rooms, the swipe keys that open them, or the machine at the desk that activates the keys. The first room I was assigned absolutely refused to allow admittance even with several attempts at activating new keys. The swipe keys to the second room I was assigned rarely worked more than once and about half, I was issued 2 keys at a time, never worked at all. It was truly a rare event that the same key gained me admittance more than twice. As noted, some keys, even though they were brand new, never allowed me admittance even one time. The failures of the key cannot be attributed to putting them in that same pocket as my cell phone as I was careful to avoid that. Further, I also kept the swipe keys in a separate pocket from my car keys. The clerk at the desk was always accommodating and issued me new keys each time, but needless to say the whole process became more than just a little annoying. Despite the convenience of the location and the cleanliness of the rooms, I plan to seek other accommodations next time I visit the area.

My sister and I brought our kids down to the Creation Museum and looked for a hotel that has an indoor pool. This room was a good price for what we got. I feel the bathrooms need improved as there was broken caulking around the sink and mirror. We had to ask for towels for the pool since they didn't provide any inside. There is no convenient bathroom near the pool but the size of the pool was great. When we asked the attendant for the lights to be turned on at the pool she replied I'm not going all the way down there! You're gonna have to look for some switches! We tried to dry out clothing in the only dryer they have and every time we went down to the first floor, it was occupied. The breakfast was included with the price of the room so o feel like I couldn't complain but as someone that only drinks water, I was sad to see there wasn't any provided. The check in and out process was quick and easy but while checking in, I waited 10 minutes before either of the attendants helped me as they were checking in the same person. Overall, I'd stay there again.

hotel was clean and quiet, breakfast was not so great and very busy...but thats a weekend in the summer near an amusement park.. too many kids//big families for us. Not hotels fault that the breakfast area was caotic... probably will not stay there again.

When we arrived there must have been at least 50 bikers outside the front door. Very intimidating. The receptionist was not very nice. We asked if the bikers caused any issues and she said that the noise caused some complaints the night before but don't complain to me, complain to the bikers. Then the room was not ready when we checked in. The receptionist just told us to wait. No chit chat or asking how our trip was, she just scowled at us as if it was our fault that we showed up. The bikers were not noisy so that was not an issue. We reserved two double beds but I wanted a King size but that was my fault. The room could use some remodeling. We won't be back.

very old furnishings-broken cover on light in bathroom-evidence of leaking ceiling- wall in bath partially collapsed by toilet- was suppose to be non- smoking, but smelled like a smoking room- pretty empy and this is best room they could put me in ?

1) water in the tub would not go down. 2) smells like something died as soon as you walk in 3) pool is inside and the room is hot and the pool was slimy 4) bedspread had several holes cigarette burns 5) carpet and love seat were filthy with more stains than clean spots 6)air in room hot never really got to a comfortable temperature. 7)walls had stains running down not to mention the ceiling was stained and missing paint absolute nightmare asked to switch rooms so I could shower and they sent someone up with a plunger. after the water went down she said it was fixed but as soon as you ran the water it filled up again. Had to use our daughters room to shower, will never stay here again!!!!!!

Convenient location at 275 and 75. This is a renovated property that is showing its age. Indoor pool is a covered over outdoor conversion, kind of creepy. Rooms and public areas are showing their age. Kind of rowdy on weekends.

Room had wet carpeting from the air conditioner. Telephone did not work when I was going to call the desk. There were stains on the bedspread. I went to front desk and told them the problems. They initially said they did not have anymore 2 double bed rooms. They wanted to give me a room with a King bed and couch that folded out. I refused. We had a boy and girl with us and each child was going to sleep with one of the adults. Neither I nor my daughter was going to sleep on a sofa bed! I asked them for a discount if we were going to have to stay in a sub-standard room and she said no, not since a third party was involved and it was pre-paid. I was very insistent that with the money we paid for this room, it should be better than this. Finally, the desk gal asked the manager and they put us in another room with 2 double beds (which she had said they didn't have anymore of) and it was acceptable, but still not what I would have expected for the price.

there for a bball tournament... old hotel... wall paper coming off in the rooms, stains all over the couch/chairs no fan in the bathroom... elevator dirty

The security keys were not used for outside doors after hours. The door would not even close that goes out to the pool, much less have the security key used. The pool area was not kept up at all. We called the front desk and asked for a glass of mile after hours for my granddaughter and was told they didn't have any available until morning. This was not a good experience. I would not stay at another Baymont.

This hotel is in great need of remodeling, cleaning, and better amenities. We asked for an extra pillow and were told they don't stock extra pillows. When we needed a few more towels, what we received were something like rough hard "shop" towels. Light bulbs were burned out, lower corner of room was growing mold, the door you had to slam shut to get it to lock. The mattress's were thin and highly uncomfortable. This is not a hotel I would recommend to anyone. Don't make the same mistake I did. Spend a few more dollars and stay and a nicer hotel.

I stayed there to go to kings island the next day it was really close to where it was not far at all. when i got to the hotel and the woman at the desk was very rude. They messed up our reservations i booked for 4 people n they only had me for 2 in a non smoking room then asked how many people were smoking? didn't make much sense to me.... they gave us one shampoo bottle for 4 people staying in the room when i asked if they had more they said "there is none else in the building" which i really didn't believe.... the staff couldn't speak good english either. The pool was small n there was no hot tub. In the rooms the wall paper was peeling off and the room didn't look to clean and to top it off the person next to our room had a dog that barked all the time. Plus there was bunch of party people up all night so didn't make it much better but to sum it all up i wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! Im not to hard to please but this was the worst hotel i've ever stayed at.....

The gentalman at the desk was very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed that our room cost more than the sign that was posted on the hotel. I thought that by going online I would receive a better rate. The hotel clerk told me I should always call the hotel first.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel because of the price and the location. Check in was fast and the desk clerk was very friendly. Hotel room was clean and generous supply of towels. Continental breakfast lacked donuts and fruit supply. Overall hotel was great!

Check in was was pretty fast and efficient. However, after a long drive, we had an hour left to go to the pool before they closed. We (husband and self) get to the pool, and it was small, extremely crowded, and lots of noisy children. Nowhere for adults to relax after a long drive. It was also STRONG SMELLING of chlorine, not well ventilated. We went back to the room and the room was clean and comfortable. The night was very peaceful. Not alot of noise and pretty good neighborhood. We got up and enjoyed the great continental breakfast. (I've never seen one that offers waffles you can make yourself!) And we checked out. It was all in all a good experience.

The location was great. Our sleep was not good due to the fact of bad mattresses and bad pillows.

We stayed here during our family vacation to KingsIsland for the weekend.. The Hotel was very clean and affordable. Also the location is 10-12 miles from kings island and there is a Cracker Barrel & Subway across the street. Our stay was nice but not what we expected due to the misleading website..The website shows/ showed rooms with microwaves and refrigerators, but the hotel does not have them in any room. The bed slept well but they are smaller than a FULL size bed.Not trying to complain about the rooms just wanting to make ppl aware, so they are not surprised... The pool was nice and we enjoyed it greatly.....

The only really good thing that I enjoyed was the free breakfast. Other than that, it was just like any other hotel with a small pool, somewhat friendly staff, a very hot room when I arrived. Of course it took a whole day for the room to cool off. The outside door was not secured, you could just walk in. Other than that, nothing really more to say. Made to seem like so much more than it really is. Also, when I booked with Orbitz, I didn't get the room I paid for. I booked awhile back with a similar company and I GOT what I paid for. So, yes I'm taking my time and doing the requested survey.

The Baymont Inn & Suites was a great place to stay for our visit. The room was very nice and the price was very affordable. We did most of our outings to the downtown area, which was about 15-20 minutes away, but there were many restaurants close-by to visit also. We would definitely stay there again!
