Cable keep crash and had to restart cable over and over. The breakfast was not served properly. Elevator had left several dirty towels on floor. The shower was not that great

Our room was tired and dark. There was a giant spider in the bathroom which my husband killed. The breakfast was minimal. Other than being cheap and close to the highway there are no redeeming qualities to this hotel.

Arrived at 9:25pm to a dirty lobby with a mix of worn and dated furniture and a 1/2 eaten container of cookies in a plastic tub. I checked into the hotel already setting the bar low given the visit was strictly for business and not pleasure. When I arrived to my room, I found that the A/C was broken and the room was unbearably hot with a foul, almost like a stale smoke smell (I believe someone had smoked in this non smoking room before given how yellow everything was). I immediately returned to the front desk to request a new room, offering to pay more for an upgrade. I was informed that the hotel was full and they would get the A/C repaired in 15 minutes with a new unit. At 11pm the unit was repaired according to the hotel but the A/C was not very cool coming out. When I questioned the front desk, they said they would meet me in my room and brought a very dirty and rusty fan with missing controls and broken fan blades. I was told that is the best they could offer and they left. Frustrated and worn out from a day of travel, I gave in because I had to be up at 5am. I pulled back the comforter on the bed and saw that sheets looked like they may not have been washed. Pulling the sheets back looking for bedbugs, I found my worst nightmare, a mattress completely covered in yellow and dark stains. I complained again to the hotel with a promise the manager and owner would call me. It has been 36 hours with no response regarding this situation.

Convenient location to Kings Island area and Cincinnati attractions. We have stayed here numerous times. Continental breakfast does leave a lot to be desired. All carbs! And a second waffle maker would be great.

Hotel Staff Very Rude. Didn't want to get off personal phone calls to help customers and take other phone calls and was very rude and verbal about it. No clean towels to swim (she said I find that hard to believe because I just washed a load), vending machine filthy & broke (said they didn't have the money to replace because they just painted the inside and outside of hotel, water fountain soaked me when I leaned over to get Sprite out of soda machine, soda machine almost empty, breakfast bar didn't have much selection, lobby dirty.....

It was a good hotel to stay. Kids had fun rooms was Clean. Breakfast wasnt bad not a big choice. And wish pool was bigger. All in all we had a great time staying there.

Exactly what we needed after a long day at Kings Island. A clean hotel with nice staff and free breakfast. Our room was ready when we arrived a little before checkin time. Staff was cordial. Yes, the hotel is a little outdated but our room was clean. The beds are very comfortable and double sheeted. Breakfast was crowded but it was fully stocked and there were additional tables for overflow near the lobby. Great value. Will definitely stay again.

When we first walked in the hotel seemed nice. After getting on a very small, dirty elevator we went to our room. The toilet seat was broke and kept moving off to the side of the toilet. The Wi-Fi never worked even after calling the front desk three times. The bathroom door was dirty. The beds were very comfortable, I must say!! Breakfast was fair, but there were way too many people and the food ran out. The dining area is very small and only seated approximately 30 people. We had to eat in our rooms.

Great location just down the street from Kings Island. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was free and plentiful. They might want to upgrade the chairs in the rooms as they have seen a lot of use. But all in all a good deal for the money.

Rented the room because of the jacuzzi. The room was fine except for the bed it had a huge dip in the center that has left my back in misery for days now. The room was otherwise ok but nothing special and the location was excellent.

Although my bed wasnt very comfortable, the room itself was clean. The staff was nice and courteous and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The continental breakfast could have been a little better but my overall experience at the hotel was a pleasant one!

I don't know why many people think it's bad or dirty, but everything to me is great. Maybe not as good as many high-level hotel, but to this price and location, it's already perfect. And the J- tub is really recommanded.

It's a room, it has a bed and toilet, it's cheap, it's the Baymont Inn, the end.

My stay was not what I expected, our room was very dirty the walls and windows, the toilet seat was broken so everytime I sat down I slid off to the right. I wouldn't dare allow my family to shower due to the shower. I wouldn't have bathed my dog in it. I called the front desk to ask for extra pillows and was told I could only have one per person. We read the book and it said to ask housekeeping for any extras, so we took the book down to the front desk and read it to her. She gave us only 2 more pillows and we had 4 guests. I will never stay at a Baymont Inn ever!

Arrived at 9:25pm to a dirty lobby with a mix of worn and dated furniture and a 1/2 eaten container of cookies in a plastic tub.
