they really need to do a better job of cleaning the floors and window sills refrigerator still had stuff in it when we arrived and items we trashed on the floors around the bed. we did not require a clan up till Sat night also even after we asked for the micro wave to be plugged in it still did not happen. breakfast gal did a great job taking care of guests but one employee was a little pushing regarding the meal ticket didn't want to wait till I got my wife to a seat I did give this to the girl who checked us out

Customer service was invisible/ I had me and a guest with 1 hand towel . Not sold out ! It looks like they tried to upgrade a year ago with “do it again “ furniture that was installed by amateurs.

The lobby walls have grime and nobody has take a vacuum or broom to the lobby floors for a long time. The heater in 2 rooms didn’t work on a day that raining being 47degrees outside. I personally we t to check the other available room. I asked for a space heater, and that wasn’t an option. The room is very dirty inside and out of the room. The shower floor is peeling off, the AC unit is filled with chunks of dirt or mold, the paint on the walls are peeling off, the sheets and window curtains are torn and stained in several areas, the carpet is filthy with particles small enough to be picked up by hand, the room smells horrible where my kids even commented, the room phone does not work (no dial tone for calling the front desk), and the kicker is THERE ARE ZERO TOWELS AVAILABLE. No towels in the room nor at the front desk. Mr. Matthew claims he cannot do anything until room service gets in at 8 AM since he just gave out his last one. I asked for paper towels as an alternative, yet nothing was available.6

Mixed bag for a budget hotel
My lodging experience was a mixed bag. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient -- just a two-minute walk from the trolley stop. The breakfast was much better than than I expected and what is typical for budget motels. It included hot eggs and sausage, self-grill waffles, decent coffee, and a good selection of pastries, bagels, English muffins, and juices. The cereal choices were disappointing, however, no granola, muesli, or other healthful choices. On the down side, the outside door lock was faulty, and it often took 6-8 tries with the key card before I could get it to open. The toilet was in serious disrepair, with a constant leak of water from the tank into the bowl. The shower seemed to be equipped with dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, but the receptacles were all empty. A dispenser for facial tissue was also empty. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee was supplied. Finally, there is no ceiling light in the bedroom, just table and floor lamps that provide light over just limited areas. So, the basic comforts were there, but with some serious shortcomings.
