The staff was great! The bathroom showed wear and tear but was clean. The interior color of the hallways made it look too dark amd not inviting. Lobby was okay. The breakfast area was nice and the staff was great and attentive making sure the counters were clean.
thats exacty the point....nothing stood out. Nothng wowed me. and the front desk person was not welcoming nor friendly. it seems like she had low patience for customers. the Hot breakfast was something that I would have packed in a trip anyways. saw no staff walking around. except for one mopping during morning rush. Room entrance was dark. im used to walking in and turning a light on. closet was too much in the way, husband or I had to wait for him to close the door for us to move to the other side of the room. just a regulat hotel. no wow factor nor the desire to use it again.
Bed was really uncomfortable. I couldn't move much without the bed making noises.
Very clean and good customer service. The breakfast was nice too.
