Horrible hotel a lot of cockroaches
We stay for 2 nights. The first nigth the room smelled like cigarrete, a lot. We asked if they can give me another room but they say it was full. It was late, so we had to sleep there. I notice 1 cockroach in the bathroom. So I kill it and didn't make any drama. So next day I call Hotels.com and told them everything and I thing they call the manager, because then thay change us to another room, cleaner without a smell. But then, again at night we saw a lot of tiny cockroaches coming out of the bathroom. I told the manager and at first he didn't beleive me, the I showed him a picture I took, and then he apologize, and said that they were gonna report the problem. But once again, it was late so we need to sleep. So I killed the most cockroaches I could (around 10) and then I felt to sleep.

The rooms need just to be upgraded. Cleanliness is alright could be better. My stay has been comfortable the night workers are very helpfull, friendly respectful there awesome.
