A 30 minute drive from Christchurch Airport, and a 5 minutes drive from Sumner beach where you can go for a relaxing walk and checkout the retail shops and cafes near the beach.
The home has 3 bedrooms with Bedroom 1 and 3 containing King sized beds and Bedroom 2 containing a twin sized bed, 2 bathrooms that each have a shower, sink and toilet. There is a washing machine and a dryer for guest use and a open living area with a dining table and TV.
