6th Avenue Condo offers a comfortable living with a full range of facilities that include a rooftop infinity-edge swimming pool, sundeck with loungers, fitness studio, restaurant on site, covered parking and 24hrs security.
The living area offers a seating sofa and a flat-screen TV, kitchenette/dining area for 2 and a private balcony. Behind a big sliding door, there is a bedroom with a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Enjoy home-cooked meals and prepare beach snacks with the kitchenette that includes a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware.
The swimming pool and gym are on the 8th floor, just one floor up. Free Wi-Fi is provided by the building, it's shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that it might not be reliable and fast enough as it’s shared.
