When we arrived we were told that our 7 night was now 4 days. We were bumped by a group who would be staying for 10 days. We were shocked because we had booked 2 months in advance. They were not sure that they even had another room to put us in. Told us on the 3rd day they could move us to a down graded room and it was. We have always been pleased with your facilities but this was not very pleasing. When we return to the area we will be doing some hotel shopping.

Very nice accommodating friendly staff, clean room, and comfortable bed. Breakfast area was very clean and breakfast was good. Only negative was able to hear neighboring occupants and they were not noisy. Seemed as if walls were paper thin. Very strange for such a newer motel. Sound traveled through the walls of my room which made sleeping a challenge.

Great restaurant nearby called Bonn Fire and not too far from downtown Prescott. Took a little side trip to Jerome that was excellent. Beautiful views of Sedona.

Good customer service, friendly staff, good breakfast, jacuzzi and pool were nice.

Arrived a few hours early, checked in, asked if they had an elevator - no - so I asked if it was possible to have a bottom floor room - was told that since I booked with Orbitz that I didn't have the option to ask for anything special. Hotel was maybe 1/8th full so know there were empty ground floor rooms available. Room was very neat and clean - had problem with remote for TV - I watch TV lots when in the room so clerk came up 4 times to try to correct the problem - halfway worked but I had to turn on and off at the TV and remote would only work within 2 feet of TV - frustrating. 1st morning breakfast (between 6-9AM) there was cereal or waffles - only 3 pieces of bread, no sweet rolls, no bagels, no yogurt, no jam/peanut butter, no cream cheese, no fruit - - was told that their supply truck didn't come. Many people complained. The next two days the breakfast room was full of food so that almost erased the 1st day's disappointment. Nice enclosed pool/hot tub. Clerks were nice and helpful. Yes, would stay there again - only 15 minutes to north Prescott and right on HWY 89.

Being in Chino Valley (which is not exactly an urban hotspot) my expectations were very low. We actually stayed in three different hotels over the course of this particular trip and this was far and away the best. The beds were comfy, the sheets were clean, and the staff was friendly.

Nice place in a smaller town. No problems or concerns to speak of.

The hotel was comfortable and nice. The locations was a bit far from the soccer fields in Prescott valley but worth the drive. My children liked the breakfast and the dining area.

Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, with friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate, with not much variety. Facitity was very clean, with a nice pool. Somem oise from room next door.We have stayed here before, and will stay again..

My family loved staying here, they swam in the heated pool while I traveled for work. Great bargain!

Double rooms the beds are too small for 2 people comfortable....You have to sleep separate from your partner to get comfortable otherwise it is a nice room, kings sell out fast and cost more

It's a nice and neat hotel located in the valley. We enjoyed most part of our stay, except that there were a group of people next door being pretty loud late at night that we couldn't sleep well. But overall the hotel is great and the staff are very friendly.

Easy access, friendly people, great stay, very clean!

Hotel was fairly new, clean, and the price was right.

Been twice. 1st trip was great. 2nd trip, not so much. Super thin sheets didn't fit the bed. Are fitted sheets that much more costly? Hotel ran out of coffee?! What? Ever heard of a market? All King rooms have microwave, except for ours. Hm.m.m.m Asked for a handicapped walk-in shower. Got a tub/shower combo. Hm.m.m. Vending machines are a money eater. Not owned by the hotel, but doesn't the hotel choose which vendor to use? Very clean. Great mattress(they are new). Cheap linens. Friendly staff, but nobody attempted to problem solve. Just excuses. Too bad.
