The person when I checked in at 12am on Saturday the 27th of May 2023 was rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. He literally threw the key at me, made no attempt to welcome me or tell me where my room was and only told me that I wasn’t allowed to park my moving truck at the hotel. This place is terrible and overpriced. The floor was sticky and the ice carrier was filled with mold. Just gross.
The room had dirty carpet, hair in and on the microwave, stained toilet, roughly patched hole in the bathroom door. Night table drawer didn’t close, coffee maker didn’t work properly, dirty mirror and sink. I only stayed because I had no other option. Never again!
