Quiet and clean
Very sketchy area. A lot of seemingly homeless folks wandering around the area and property. The property itself was rough, though the room was cleanish. I would have left after seeing all the riffraff wandering around the place, but I was too tired and had booked online site-unseen.
There was enough room to park my truck. Room was clean. Staff was courteous and helpful.
Not a bad place for the price. Was at a event and was only there to sleep
I ended up not staying, drove up and it looked very scary so left. Lost my money but ended up at a different hotel.
It was very outdated and room smelled. And bathroom was not very big
A no frills clean and quiet budget motel. Lacks breakfast.
This motel doesn't have a pool or "free" breakfast, but was very clean and had a microwave and refrigerator in the room. It was very easy to get into and out of the parking lot. We felt safe there. It is not in a bad neighborhood. They have very good surveillance of the property, too. We stayed two nights and would stay again if in the area. The cost of the room was half the cost of the other motels that serve a mediocre (at best) breakfast. You can buy a good breakfast and lunch for two with the savings. It's located between a huge shopping area and the historic downtown. McDonalds is next door, IHOP is about half a mile away and Crispy Cream donuts is across the street. Downtown Chillicothe is no more than a mile. We would stay there again if in the area. It is a bargain and very good location.
Although the building is older (has that older smell when you first walk in), the room itself didn’t and the room was very clean and up kept. The elderly man that checked me in was very kind. I had no issues checking in or out. Thanks for a nice stay!

Made a reservation and she said we had no rooms. The front desk person was busy smoking and talking to friends outside for 20 minutes when I walked into the hotel. Piss poor service
