What I didn’t like was the fact that they didn’t have working heat in the room. It was so cold that my wife and I decided to leave due to the terrible conditions and the inability for the staff to fix the matter.

Older hotel. Great location. Our 2nd time there. I would probably return. Great meal at Diktas.

Everything was good but the room that I got initially had a lot of humidity and mold on the bathroom and ac vent wall. They changed our room. No complains about the other room and or staff

The hotel was super hot when we walked in to check in. The king suite had 2 large towels, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth, 1 bar of mini, mini soap. 1 coffee cup, 1 decaf and 1 coffee kit.

Location is great but everything inside is outdated, rooms very small and poorly maintained, room and bathroom had active mold.

The staff was a little rude, the type of attitude that they wish they werent working there. The rooms need to have a microwave and fridge. The AC did not work. Luckily we did not need it because it was cold outside but there were a few times where it got hot and only the heater worked.

The location is great, and the price is pretty fair for what you get. The only weird thing is that you have to put down a $100 security deposit on the room.

Very quaint. Older property. Staff was not real friendly, next door to Ditka’s. Great location.

The room was fine. The shower had a temperature restriction and was not hot enough. if you go back and forth with the temperature control, you can raise the limit.

I liked the location very much.It was convenient to public transportation, activities in the area and the meeting I was in town to attend. However, when I arrived for check in shortly after 10PM the lobby was locked and there was no way to enter the building--luckily a young man was passing by and he called someone who was supposed to be at the front desk. This was not a great start! THe room was big--a suite, which was nice but I wasn't expecting one. There was almost no water pressure in the sinks and one sink had a stopper that was stuck in "locked down"--no drain.

Charged $30.00 for resort fee. Checked in room, no fridge, no microwave. Wanted to charge $10. 00 for a microwave. I asked what the resort fee covered? Covers shampoo,toliet paper. How disappointing.

The property was in a good location. The condition of the hotel was not well maintained and dumpsters were placed under our rooms. The trash company came early in the morning.

We especially liked it because they upgraded us To a penthouse

Bed was good but bathroom needs updating. Awkward setup
