Excellent accommodations and very clean and comfortable.

Overall, it was a good experience. The check-in staff was very polite, respectful and considerate. The price was good. The hotel is situated in a very nice setting that was relaxing. While on a corporate campus, the area was wooded, quiet, clean and peaceful. A nice contrast after spending the day in the city as a tourist. The rooms were good, clean and practical. These are not big rooms, but enough room for three to spend a couple days. The bathroom was spacious and a step up in elegance. The interior areas of the hotel are nice. A nice design. The pool and workout areas are very nice, clean and spacious.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff, great access to dining and excellent location

Nice hotel room clean but no turn down service. I was disappointed when I went for breakfast and the coffee was served in a paper cup. The staff got annoyed when I requested a china cup. The coffee was horrible and old . I ordered a fruit cup and it had the refrigerator taste and was dry because it was left uncovered. So the next day I went to the bar to get a cappuccino thinking they would serve it in a china cup but they brought it to me in a paper cup. Also MacDonald's staff was training and the people attending where ruined. The guests was loud at night while returning to their rooms and loud in the morning going to their meetings. Some guests where sitting at the bar at night and where so drunk and swearing but hotel staff did not address their behavior. Now to the sheets on the bed. Since their was no turn down service, when I pulled the sheets back it exposed the mattress. The mattress cover was torn. Not what I expected to find. I searched at that point for bed bugs and was kind of of grossed out. When I asked the housekeeper in the morning to place toothpaste and mouthwash in my room when she made up the bed she said okay. When I returned that night she did not do what I had requested. Normally I bring these items with me but I was attending a funeral was traveling lite plus it was last minute. The morning crew was not respectful to the fact that people maybe still sleeping in their rooms or just want so down time. They where loud.

The facilities and pool are great. Location on Mac Donald's campus was nice surprise

Wonderful place to stay!Beautiful rooms, clean, dining there is outstanding!

I liked this place. Clean, friendly people, nice front desk folks, nice room, good food, beautiful grounds, convenient location.

Very nice hotel, I am not affiliated with the restaurant chain but they did a nice job with the association. Some humorous artwork here. The restaurant on location was not so great, I actually would have preferred they have a higher end McDonalds on location.

The location is spectacular. Nestled in an area with trails galore, it was a perfect get away. This Hyatt is on the campus of MacDonald's Hamburger University. While we didn't come here for a conference, it would have been a great venue for one. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The workout facilities were excellent. Bar and food were pricey, but overall good experience.

Very nice hotel! I appreciate the awesome room comfort (bed.. great). Great towels that actually are absorbent. What I didn't like... parking not close and valet is $12 a day... since parking is so far away, people are stuck with a charge they don't want. Handicap parking.. only two spots near the hotel entrance, that is not good. Lastly, charging for internet is penny pinching I think upscale hotels are petty to do this... internet is free at low budget places, it ought to be here as well. No continental breakfast.

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and responded quickly to questions and requests. The grounds are lovely to walk around and my kids loved the big pool!

The hotel was very nice and clean. The pool is large and comfortable. The room service menu was limitied with very little appealing to my children. Our rooms service order was delivered and was not correct, when they staff delivered the correct order, it was not complete. I would go back but would make alternate plans for meals.

The room smelled, for a lack of a better term, "stale". McDonald's paraphernalia were everywhere in the hallways and a bit creepy imho. The room itself besides the smell was actually quite nice. A comfy bed and large flat screen TV. The internet is not free and even after paying $15 for the "Premium" internet, it was not fast by any standard. If you are planning on visiting Chicago, I would consider finding a hotel closer to the city. It easily took more than 40 minutes to get into the city without traffic (and yes, there will be a lot of traffic).

It was really good experience staying at Hyatt though it was short period. The staff there are pretty friendly and the rooms are pretty clean.

The Hyatt has a great location in Oak Brook!! You are surrounded by delicious restaurants and shop til you drop mall. The Hyatt is aesthetically pleasing outside and in. The Lodge's waterfall, foliage, trails, and fireplace keep you happy in any kind of weather. Inside the Lodge there is creative artwork that makes you enjoy the walk to you room. If you are a fan of McDonald's you will love the McDonald's Campus. The rooms are in top shape; very clean, comfy and stylist.

We chose this hotel for our girls getaway Chicago weekend because we wanted to avoid the congestion of the big city, yet still be close enough to enjoy the main attractions. We were amazed at how peacful it was both inside and out. The landscaping was very well thought-out and the walking paths extended all around the property, emcompassing a brook-fed lake, and then meandered into a nearby park. The beds were extremely comfortable and there was always plenty of hot water for the shower. Our only complaint was the $9.95 charge for wireless internet for each 24 hour period. That just seemed a bit ridiculous and greedy. Also, be aware that a standard double room does not have mini fridge or microwave.

The hotel was fabulous when I found it. I had an extremely hard time finding it(especially at night). Once I found it, the staff was friendly and I had no complaints at all.

Great hotel overall! The atomosphere of the hotel and its surroundings are very beautiful and peaceful! Very friendly and helpful staff. I would just suggest requesting a room that doesn't overlook the pool as it was a little noisy, but otherwise a great, clean place!

We had a quiet, peacefull evening, great room, confortable bed, quiet woods/pond location. It seemed like we were in Northern Wisconsin, vs middle of Chicago.
