Light in the bathroom went out

Thanks perfect

A bad night with my 3 kids. first of all there was only one staff member working the counter and doing laundry. She gave me a key right away to "get the kids inside" because the corona is high. When they got into their room the beds were not made. She delivered bedding promptly but placed them on the beds and left telling us they were clean. It makes me wonder if the sheets already on the bed were laundered or not. To me she was doing her very best, however, being short-staffed she was struggling. Many people were walking the halls on the 1st floor and knowing that few people were staying in hotels it was obvious to me that the temporary policy was to put us close together so maybe there was less hallway to clean, I don't know but my kids and I could hardly sleep with the noise that went on all night from the rooms all around us, laughing, talking, screaming and the smell of pot seeping in the room made it a nightmare. In conclusion, the employee did a great job trying to do everything herself but someone in charge made this a bad hotel to stay in for the night. many corners were cut and the decision to put many people down one hallway was not a good one. I was disappointed I had to pay for a horrible evening. we left early the next morning. I would like my money back to compensate for the bad decisions that were made by the hotel management, the fact we had to make our beds with questionable clean sheets, etc.

The room needed to be updated and the sink need to be unclogged and bath towels shouldn't have a few long hairs in it when you unfold them

The elevator floor was carpeted and therefor was torn throughout, it also had a terrible smell. The room was not the greatest either, as the bathroom was small compared to other hotels that I have stayed at. The bed was rock hard and was considerably lower compared to other hotel beds. I would have expected more being that Super 8 is associated with Wyndham. Definitely will not stay at the Super 8 Hotel again though may reconsider if they gave a voucher to use at another Super 8 Hotel chain.

Choosed it because was in a hurry, it was fine but could be a little better

My room was a former smoking room and had been used by recent guests for smoking or still carried the stench from decades of smoking. Bed comforter had two burn holes in it and should have been replaced. Shampoo not replaced in shower after my second day. Afternoon desk staff friendly and helpful.

Room was clean and staff was friendly. Close to pretty much anything you would want to do. Would stay there again.

This was actually a very nice hotel. It was right off the interstate across the street from the mall. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. If ever in the area would stay again. Very good experience

Hotel was clean and associates were nice and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was just a really nasty place to stay the room was not very clean, I had a smoking room that I don't think they take time to clean very well carpet was dirty, the bed spread and sheets had burn holes in them , although I checked the bed when I got up the next morning I found hairs in the bed ( not mines ) : ( nice that there was a microwave (dirty) and fridge in the room.. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff was helpful and super nice: ) this place was not worth the almost 80.00 weekend rate :(

it was alright for the price, close to the mall and close to my destination.

The staff was very friendly and the entire place was clean! I stayed alone and it felt like a safe place to be. Nice and quiet.

The room was very dirty. The tub was so dirty, I didn't want to stand in it to take a shower. Very unsatisfied!
