The property was dirty and the A/C didn’t work. There were disruptive people in the hallways late at night/early morning. A sleepless night. Would not recommend this location to anyone.
Hauk was rude, disrespectful and racist. He screamed at me in front of my guest who came to bring me something for my kids because they stayed for 15 mins definitely filed a complaint with corporate.
Again very quiet with courteous staff - TV with plenty of channels, coffee maker in room
I got snowed in town for work stayed at Super 8 it was very nice,they let me check in early the room was spacious and clean overall stay was very good

We were working on a rental property, and Super 8 Elgin served our needs. A clean safe place to rest up. Breakfast is a little light though.
I stayed here with my gf and it was awesome and we had loud music playing and no complaints (:! This hotel is way better then the town place Marriott I stayed at before , all it needs is a little kitchen. But overall I would give this hotel a 5 star (:!
Not much to brag about. Breakfast not stocked well and coffee empty. When filled it was weak. Understaffed, attendant running between front counter and breakfast room.
The hotel was remodeling so we were walking under scaffolding and noise. otherwise it was good. The location was perfect for what we needed
Easy access to interstate with restaurants in close proximity. Clean room with some updates. Experienced a quiet night with comfortable beds. Adequate complimentary breakfast. Perfect place to spend the night for thrifty travelers.
Quick check in and out. Convenient location. The view was good. Close to a high end restaurant. Parking was easy and close. Security was very good.
This is a very good value for the price. Clean, quiet & good staff support. I will use them for my future visits (usually quarterly)
I had a good stay here. It was cheaper then the hotel deal that my meeting had set up. And it was across the parking lot from that hotel. The fridge/freezer was big enough to hold 2 deep dish frozen pizzas that I brought back to Colorado. The only bad thing I found was when I checked out the room, the windows were unlocked. Being on the ground floor I don't think that's too good.
