It was a nice stay. I would stay at the hotel again. I slept soundly during the night. However, doors slamming at 8a.m. provided an alarm clock of a different kind.

Arrived from Cubs game at midnight. My husband and I relaxed and enjoyed our morning waffles.

Hotel was fine, good value for the money. Our bathroom sink didn't drain well at all and we let the front desk know the first day but nothing was ever done about it. Breakfast was good. Rooms were pretty clean but small. Worked fine for the 3 nights we needed it for

I've stayed here several times. It was nice as usual, except for one problem. We stayed in a double room. When we got to the room, there was a bloody rag on the floor on the side of one of the beds. It was kind of disturbing. I called the front desk and she came and removed it immediately, but it should definitely not have been there in the first place. House keeping did not complete their job if this was left by a guest. That is unsafe and not acceptable at all. I was thankful for the kind front desk worker and she did apologize profusely, even though obviously it was not her fault. I've attached a photo.

I was looking for something for work....good location and clean rooms. Nice continental breakfast. Couldn't ask for more for the price. Hallway was a little musty, but the room was good. Other residents were a bit loud in the halls, but not sure how that could have been helped by the hotel. Would book again.

This hotel has everything a traveler needs wrapped in a neat little package. Check in was seamless, the room was clean, up-to-date, and efficient. Tinley park is the perfect gateway to the city of chicago. right off interstate 80, it is perfectly positioned for a stay over for those just passing through. A quick ride up the scenic lake shore drive brought us past the huge science and technology museum, jackson park (the scene of the worlds fair of 1890), and directly to millenium park. the entire staff were friendly and informative. The free hot waffle breakfast was the perfect start to a beautiful day. Budget minded travelers will not be disappointed with the price. I will stay here everytime my travels take me to or through chicago.

Booked this hotel for a one night stay on a Sunday, hoping to get a little rest. Upon entering the lobby to check in, the front desk agent was nowhere to be found and when we did find her she was not pleasant to say the least. The room was okay at best, not well maintained and had a slight odor. To top off the terrible service, at 6am on Monday morning someone started doing some sort of very loud construction in the room adjacent to ours. Livid doesn't begin to describe this stay. I have stayed at many sleep inn hotels before and NEVER had an experience like this. Tinley park is a shame to the brand.

I was in town to attend a wake and a funeral, and only needed a hotel to shower and sleep and have breakfast. This place provided all three just fine. The hotel is under renovation, but I wasn't inconvenienced by any noise or smells or dust. The only thing was that I could smell strong cigarette smoke in the bathroom of my non-smoking room. The vent fan ducts must link up somewhere.

went to a wedding, they let us in our room early, it was 7 degrees at night and the room was warm

The bathroom was small and the setup was different. The counter space was very minnimal. We ordered a pizza and had no where to put it so I setup the ironing board as a table. Not to classy.

The rooms are very small and the beds are as well, so don't plan on sleeping two adults. There was no room to maneuver in the rooms, so if all you plan on doing is sleeping and taking a shower, this is a great place.
