Sheraton Chicago O'Hare Airport Hotel

3.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Very comfortable 5 people 1 room plenty of room. Helpful staff. Very polite and friendly.

The Staff was Very Helpful and Attentive. and the room was comfortable, its located about 1.5 miles from O'hare which was perfect for my business trip.

Wifi not being free is lame. No free breakfast either. Rooms fantastic. Staff is good

Staff was great, room was clean and comfortable, it rained the day we were there and they offered free umbrellas to their guests, and we came down late for breakfast but they still let us order from the breakfast menu.

Very clean rooms, the staff was all top notch.!(especially Abby!) Would stay there again in a heartbeat! Parking needs to be worked on a little bit, and the showers could use an upgrade, but by and large a great experience!

Hotel is about 10 mins from the airport. Shuttle was a little hard to find - it's across from the Hilton. Room was very comfortable and staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was also good (but not included).

This hotel does not fulfil the Sheraton Hotels brand properly. The rooms require renovation, and hotel cleanliness starting from sheets to toilets is simply bad, the housekeeping of this hotel is terrible. I do not recommend this hotel

I enjoyed my brief stay at the Sheraton although, considering that I was in town for a funeral, it wasn't all hearts and flowers. The hotel didn't seem very busy though and there was almost no one in the restaurant. Odd. The food was good.

Wish I could have stayed longer than one night...it was amazing.

I stayed in the same room at this hotel twice in the past month. The hotel is convenient to the airport and rental car depot; and, it is not far from the Rosemont CTA station. The restaurant is pricey, but the food is tasty. Parking is limited and costs extra. Considering the price of the rooms, I didn't appreciate paying a fee to park.

My room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Meals took too long

No bell hops. I had to take my own luggage up to my room. No place to eat. Vending machine did not work.

Parking 17$/ day. In and out was confusing. There is a charge for WiFi if you are not their SPG member

Internet does not exist in room. Had to dress again and come down to the lobby to work. Bathroom is inadequate, too small, shower leaks, no amenities. Safe box does not work. Parking is charged but car is exposed to anyone, no guard, no cover. Too expensive for what it offers

The hotel looks good on the surface but lacking on the inside. They only have one restaurant/bar in the promenade and no swimming pool. At the price they're charging for business travellers, imagine no complimentary drinks, no free breakfasts, no free WiFi in your room and no free parking .

Just OK. Place was very nice looking. Staff was good. Breakfast was only fair and pricey. Couldn't get the hot water temperature up in the bathtub. Shuttle to airport was easy to use.

Old facilities. Waited forever for guest service people to bring toothpaste and tooth brush. You need to pay 15 for overnight parking

Rude staff. Bathroom toilet didnt work. Have to pay $15 dollars to park in their parking lot when your staying in their hotel! WTF!

The Hotel is obviously oriented toward business clients. It was also fine for an evening layover between flights at O'Hare. Their free shuttle service from and back to O'Hare was on time and often.
