Worst visit and hotel i have ever been too. Charged my card twice, and charged my boyfriends card twice. Did not change the sheets in my room the entire time i was staying there, never a manager to talk to, was told to wait 45 minutes for the lady to handle me, and when the other customers problems were the same as mine or worse is when she went to help me. Worst place ever.

The room is smell and towers are dirty, was noisy from people talking out side late at night.

Dirty, cracks in the bathroom, bad bugs all over the room, giant bugs in every corner, stains on the floor, If you have kids, don't stay here. Your kid will scratch their body all week! If you are making reservation for your business purpose, do not choose here. Your partner will hate you.

Jessica at the Front Desk made the difference. Someone has started a rumpr that there were bedbugs at that prpperty and I did not encounter any. However, I slept with my clothes on, just in case. I enjoed the room. The only drawback was dirty towel on the floor behind the front door when I checked in. At the Desk, they gave me a couple of extra bottles of water upon check-in AND check-out which was a welcome move. Nice shower, TV worked fine and my computer connected to internet. Overall-very good, I have stayed there before and will, again.

There was dirt and small pieces of trash under the bed, there were two mattress covers, the top one was clean and the bottom one was not, the toilet seat is somehow the most uncomfortable toilet seat ever, the television channels are terrible (15% of them were ESPN variants) and the other guests appeared to be shuffling vagrants and skulking miscreants. Not a good experience, but not horrible either.

Room was clean and comfortable. Police searching a car and frisking three young men in the parking lot; one young lady outside a room at various times with only a towel on, and one lady trying to get front desk to accept a counterfeit $20.

Not bad for the money. Neighbors were noisy. Cigarette butt in the good of my car in the morning.

I was enjoying the weekend when in the midnight of Sunday to Monday the hotel fire alarm went on. Next room was having a party. There were young guests. They were playing with the fire alarm. That's why in the middle of the night went on twice. I couldn't sleep from 1:30 am to 3:00 am. The police came and resolve the problem. I didn't expect something like this in a hotel. It was not a nice experience.

I enjoy staying in Red Roof at Hoffman Estates. The main reason I stay there is to have a break for myself. I meditate, I had quite time.

The reason I enjoy staying at Red Roof Hotel in Hoffman Estates is because I love the location. It is very quite, economical, the rooms have the essential. Rooms are small o medium size. But, it is enough for me to get relax. The staff are very friendly. I feel at home. There are restaurants very close to it like Starbucks, Dunkin Dounots, Dominos Pizzeria, I Hope restaurant, Chili's Restaurant, and a lot of shopping centers in Woodfield mall.

I stayed at an ADA room fasciity. I suggest to have an office table with its office chair, to ad table lamps. There was only one lamp close to the bed an I needed to turn on/off screwing the bulb to the right and left. No comfortable because the bulb was hot. In general I enjoyed. The wi-fi didn't work the whole weekend even through the desk computer that the hotel offer to the guest. And I really needed to use it. In general I got rest.

The hotel was close to everyone I needed to visit. Great location lots of options for food and entertainment.

The Gentleman at the front desk was very nice. Told me closest places to eat. They only real complaint I have is the Bathroom, It is is VERY small. You can barely shut the door. Luckily by myself but if with someone and want privacy this could be a problem.

Our stay was very relaxing and was well worth the money. The staff was very helpful, patient and kind. Would recommend this hotel too others.

I've stayed at many hotels, and this was truly the most disgusting ever. I've never been to a hotel that put as little effort into cleanliness as this one. There were blood stains on the comforter, there were urine stains on the toilet seat where one would like to sit, and there was a huge collection of spider eggs in a corner that was easy for anyone to see. The outside had garbage all over the place and looked pretty run-down. Other bad parts... the clientele was very sketchy. People were outside smoking, drinking, and having arguments into all hours of the night. The front desk people were half asleep and slow whether you were there in the morning or at night. And last, but definitely not least, the WIFI was horribly slow - certainly the slowest of any hotel I've ever been to. The bottom line - unless there are no vacancies at any other hotels within a 20 mile radius or you have no money to spare for a halfway decent hotel, you should avoid this place like the plague (which is to say that having the plague would be preferable than staying here).

Nice, clean, friendly and very inexpensive. Great location just off the tollway. Nothing plush

I chose this motel as it was one of the nearest motels to the relatives I was visiting. The motel is very convenient to a Walmart, only 5 minute drive away, and the motel is just less than a minute off the expressway. The room was clean, roomy, with an excellent TV. It was a good value.

I've spent several biz trips here, good location and food is available nearby. Main complaint is heating/cooling. I just can't seem to get it to hold to a temp that isn't either way to cold, or way to hot.

It was great stay and was very comfortable. It's right off the highway, big plus. I will stay again

Checked into this hotel for two nights and it's great value for the money. The room was kind of small and the parking lot was kind of loud but it was cheap and clean. If that's what you're looking for, this place is highly recommended.
