Nice place to stay. The location is calm and peacefull. The price is very reasonable.

The last Red Roof Inn I stayed in had 5 flies I had to kill when I went into the room. Both had loud people but once in the the room, the noise wasnt that bad. This hotel had a cricket in the wall that never came out, and chirped non-stop. I could hear it when I closed the bathroom door too (it was in the bathroom). The thing I like the most about this chain is that since the room doors open outside instead of into a hallway, its easier to sleep in since you don't have the slamming doors u have in a typical hotel (in the morning, from inconsiderate people leaving). THIS IS A SELLING POINT I WOULD STRESS!! The TV channels were lacking but the other one I stayed in had tons of channels, so I guess it varies. The most odd thing in both is that there were no tissues. I am not sure I would cut back on tissues.

Very helpful staff. Easy in and out. Good visibility

The room was clean. The girl that checked me in and out the next day was great!

Making me move to a standard room after I had already been there for two days was terrible customer service! Plus I paid extra for the last 2 rooms! Very, very, upset

This was a return trip to the same hotel. If you're looking for a basic room and won't need amenities like pools or restaurants, I definitely recommend this Red Roof. It's exactly what you want a value hotel to be. The rooms are clean and well-maintained. Furniture, bathroom fixtures, TV, etc. look relatively new and are in good working order. No water (or other) stains on the walls or ceiling. The front desk staff have always been courteous as well.

The hotel met my expectations and I would stay there again. There was road construction going on which made it hard to locate the hotel and get to the parking lot.

The hotel is located in a great location close to lots of shopping

Hotel was at very busy intersection very noisy many people up late at night running up and down the walkway banging on doors very difficult to sleep would not recommend to anyone looking for a good nights rest

The room was nice and clean, no strange odors which is plus for me since I have allergies. The only downside to the room is that it's a little on the small size, I don't see a larger person being able to use the bathroom comfortably. There was major construction on the main street which could be inconvenience to some. The staff was nice.

Clean rooms, and nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again when visiting friends.

Rooms very dirty and smelled like POT. Had my 1 year old son with and didn't feel comfortable staying here. Definitely not for family's. Should have spent a little more money and stayed somewhere else!

I made reservation for my relative to stay. They like it and no complaints.

newly renovated hotel, deluxe king room i stayed was clean, tidied, comfortable. it was 2 night stay at the hotel for the weekend when most of the time i'm out and away. room was clean and comfortable and that's all it needs for a basic simple hotel stay. staffs were polite. would come back next time.

It was affordable and right off the highway. My room was clean.

The hotel surpassed my expectations overall. The hotel was upgraded. The bed/ sheets left my skin slightly irritated. You could also hear some noise outside.

The room was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly. Not too many amenities (no hair dryer, iron, closet, fridge, lotion, etc) but that's not a big deal. They did have wifi, which was nice. Rates are acceptable.

Disappoint: no coffee maker; mattress on one of the two beds very uncomfortable; also, a black long hair on the sheet on that same bed. Not enough lighting in room.

We had to stay here very last minute, and needed somewhere that would allow us to bring our dog without charging an arm and a leg. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. We needed an early check in and they were great about accomodating that. The staff was really awesome, the rooms were nothing special but they were clean and nice enough.

The hotel was very clean and the remodeled rooms were very warm and comfortable. The road outside is under construction, but if you stay on the back side of the hotel you can avoid the noise. The traffic will back up during rush hour, but the location is great for a easy access to I 88. Great value for the money and a very helpful staff that was very accommodating to every need.
