Room smelled bad, I got sick due to it, I checked out. Dirty to.

Whenever I need a place to stay in the Arlington area this is it. Clean, quiet, and a wonderful staff.

I called the Hotel a few days. Before my arrival. I had a few questions. The employee could have cared less about answering my questions. I picked up on this very quickly. I ended the conversation. I walked away thinking. I will think twice about booking here again.

The door key did not work. I had to get it redone three times. The toilet ran for about one hour after using it

But probably wouldn't stay there again. Smelly room a lil run down.

Nice enough Hotel and close to a Denny's ( where Hotel Guests get 10% off ), and a Guitar Center ( where you unfortunately get no. discounts whatsoever !!! )

Everything was great. The staff at the desk was nice and helpful. The hotel was clean. Bathroom was spotless. All the appliances worked. Beds were comfortable. Everything I wanted to do was in close proximity. The maids and cleaning staff were the best!

Check-in was quick and easy. Hotel is ok for short stays. I mainly use it if I have an early flight out of O'Hare or have early meetings in Chicago. Hotel room did not have a TV remote control. The hotel charged my credit card for $20 and had to call them to get a credit back to my credit card. They told that it was for late check-out but this was incorrect since I checked out very early in the morning. Also, I tried to use the ATM that's in the receptionist area and did not work. As I mentioned, I only use this hotel for very short stays.

Busy place on a busy street corner with a helpful friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room without an inflated price tag. After turning on the fan, we had no trouble with the noise. Thank you for providing an affordable yet comfortable place to sleep during our travels.

Had everything I needed. Nothing fancy but the staff was very friendly, room comfortable and plenty of grass for my dog. Very quiet. Definitely recommend this for a no frills stay.

Doors open to the outdoors, which worried me for the noise but it was surprisingly ok. Room smelled like smoke tho in spite of being nonsmoking. Otherwise it was serviceable, and certainly much cheaper than the conference hotel my event was at.

Simple basic hotel with cable tv. Don't expect too much. Good Experience.

I paid for 5 nights and on the second day I had to change room due to non availability of micro wave. 3 nights was refunded. I was charged for 2 nights and I had to pay extra 4 nights. The staffs cheated me.

its great hotel with great staff ,,great location ,,at the edge of free ways I-90 west and east.customer service of this place is not excellent but very good .

Even though I asked for a nin smoking room and they gave me one, the smell of cigaretes was very strong. Besides that, the bed is kind of uncomfortable.

Small, noisy room No place to hang up any of your clothes

The bare-bones amenities (no expected extras like an in-room coffee maker) come with the low price. I was in a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms available. The odor was overpowering and the smell came home with me on everything I packed. Little noise insulation results in conversations, car doors, etc. outside the room being heard inside.

The first room I was sent to hadn't even been clean yet. I went back to the lobby and they apologized and sent me to a new room. Upon arriving there, this room was also dirty and hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. The third room they sent me to had been "cleaned." It was noisy, I overheard a couple drugs deals go down...thankful I only had to spend one night.

I slept in my car instead,.it's a place for drug dealers or prostitution it smells of dead stuff.....
