Simple basic hotel with cable tv. Don't expect too much. Good Experience.

I paid for 5 nights and on the second day I had to change room due to non availability of micro wave. 3 nights was refunded. I was charged for 2 nights and I had to pay extra 4 nights. The staffs cheated me.

its great hotel with great staff ,,great location ,,at the edge of free ways I-90 west and east.customer service of this place is not excellent but very good .

Even though I asked for a nin smoking room and they gave me one, the smell of cigaretes was very strong. Besides that, the bed is kind of uncomfortable.

Small, noisy room No place to hang up any of your clothes

The bare-bones amenities (no expected extras like an in-room coffee maker) come with the low price. I was in a smoking room because there were no non-smoking rooms available. The odor was overpowering and the smell came home with me on everything I packed. Little noise insulation results in conversations, car doors, etc. outside the room being heard inside.

The first room I was sent to hadn't even been clean yet. I went back to the lobby and they apologized and sent me to a new room. Upon arriving there, this room was also dirty and hadn't been cleaned since the last guest. The third room they sent me to had been "cleaned." It was noisy, I overheard a couple drugs deals go down...thankful I only had to spend one night.

I slept in my car instead,.it's a place for drug dealers or prostitution it smells of dead stuff.....

Great stay but: Nightstaff missed our wake up call time fortunately we made our flight

This is a nice and cheap hotel. Friendly staff. I stayed there for a night to transfer to the flight the next morning. For 7 miles from the airport, the taxi costed 45-50 dollars each way. So the total cost is not low anyway.

The staff were great! Very friendly. The room was clean. The bed wasn't too comfortable, but it served it's purpose. Overall pleasant stay.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room floor was not clean, stained sheets on bed, no toilet paper holder. Chipping paint all over, floor molding falling off. Poor water pressure in shower.

Hotel room was stinky. we booked two non smoking rooms and we entered into the rooms, both were smelling smoky. As usual, the front desk executive reiterated as the non smoking rooms. When we tried to change one of the room, as we have an infant, we got another "the worst" used and uncleaned room with bedsheets stinking and towels laying haphazard. Again, this one, too smelled smoky. Please do not consider this hotel for your stay.

Overall terrible service, cheap hotel with no working electrical plug-ins and very bad smell. The staff was rude and not helpful. They say they have a shuttle to the airport but when we asked for the shuttle they said they didn't have one.

My friend and I were there for several days. I noticed quickly that the amenities were sparse, but we made do just fine. It wasn't until we didn't receive our 8am wake-up call that I realized something was amiss. Each day, after we would return from working security for the festival, I noticed only the towels and beds had been made back up. Bathroom was still uncleaned, trash unchanged, floor unvaccumed, and simple bits of garbage were still strewn about like the housekeeper decided to not even notice it. This pattern of cleanliness continued up until we checked out. The room & housekeeper review card had a poorly scrawled "Angelica" upon it, giving me the clear indication she may very well be illiterate. Either case, she's a sandbagging housekeeper Red Roof Inn. If I had to stay here again, I would most likely pass the chance up.

I book king bed superior room but I instead get the two bed room very disappointed. Please be careful when booking red roof

This establishment is wonderful in every way. The staff could not be more pleasant, and the facility itself is as nice as any I've visited in its price range. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable and restful. The surrounding properties are very attractive which lends a very refreshing quality to morning departure. I would stay here another week without hesitation. Special regards to Lucy who made certain that our stay was pleasant and comfortable. Highly recommended. Five stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
