We usually stay there a couple of times a year this year was only once and it was the last time! There were tons of kids roaming the halls all hours of the night and parents were screaming and cussing at them to get back in the room while we were trying to sleep. They took away the free breakfast, its just not worth the money any more. We would rather stay at a motel 6 at this point.

Extremely rude staff that will not help you find your room they just give you a map, they fail to tell you there are no elevators and only certain doors work (some stick and won't open) and the room was filthy. NOTHING like the picture or how they made it seem to be on here. Only good thing they did was give me a refund without an issue.

Well in short this hotel was one of the crown jewels as far as hotels. It has been reduced to the level of a roadside hotel. water damage that has not been fixed . the hot tub has been down for over 6 months which would tell me that it will not ever be fixed. And many other things in the hotel that need to be fixed. The walls in the room have been patched up instead of fixed properly which to me looks very tacky. Carpet was stained. I will say that i didnt see any bugs so i guess that is a positive thing. I have seen worse but i expect more out of a property that has the Ramada name on it. The people That worked there during my stay were awesome !! they were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. There was a large plastic covering from the ceiling to the floor in the lobby. The clerk told me it was a ‘minor leak’ (there was nothing minor about that leak) and they were doing some cleaning up. After getting the room keys my fiancé and I grabbed our 4 suitcases and headed to our room. After walking around for 5 minutes looking for the elevator, I went back to the check in counter to find out there wasn’t an elevator. My fiancé (who had knee surgery a few months ago) and I had to carry our luggage up 2 flights of stairs. The hallway to the room was hot (the temperature in the hallway felt the same inside as it did outside), there was a strange smell and there was water damage in different areas of the ceiling. When we made it to our room, it seemed nice – nothing lavish or moderate… just nice. I went in the bathroom to check it out and noticed there were pubes… yes pubes…on the toilet seat!!! The bed seemed fine – we checked the sheets and found no pubes or spots on the sheets or pillow cases. There were no cig burns on the top blanket either. We didn’t want to take any chances so my fiancé and I slept with our clothes on. The next morning, we checked out. They didn’t have breakfast or even coffee. Don’t waste your money here. I paid 78 dollars to walk up 2 flights of stairs, clean someone else’s pubes off the toilet seat and sleep in my clothes. If you find this stay zesty - be my guest otherwise book a room elsewhere.

the only good thing that came out of my stay here was the staff, other than that the hotel is a crap hole. The online pictures are deceiving and the smell...I felt sorry for the staff, the staff was wonderful. We were there for our daughters boot camp graduation and the staff BBQ for the sailors and their families the day of the graduation, they even offered shuttle service which is totally awesome. I just wish the facility was as good as the staff, and the smell

The first room we got put in was dirty, small, dated and to top it off there was a water leak in the bathroom. I went to to the front desk to report the issue only to find out that there was no one to help me. A sign indicating "be back in five minutes" greeted me. After ten minutes or longer the front desk person came back. I explained the issue with the room. He simply said ok, here is the key to your room; which by the way is only two doors down. The room was the same as the first one; except no water leakage. It's been one of my worst experiences yet. Will not return to this place !!

The first day it STUNK in the hallway! Garbage was placed outside each door; My God!! The room was funky...had to spray it with disinfectant. The second day we left after housekeeping (I guess), so our beds were not made and we got no towels. Reported this to front desk. On returning, towels we thrown on a shelf, and beds were not made. Once there was even halved watermelon sitting outside. I could go on and on and on, but no time.

Ever heard you get what you pay for, well trust me it's true. The rates were cheap, but I never expected this horrible place. The Staff was rude. Hotel room had a very nasty smell, walls were dirty. Mouse feces in the bath room. And television was very statically. Wasn't aware of the Wi-Fi until we checked out. ..I wouldn't recommend this place to no-one.

All I wanted to do was REST: THAT- I Did. After, a long trip to watch my Daughter's Navy Boot Camp Graduation, Sleep was all I wanted. I Thank GOD He chose this hotel for us. I'll come back again!! Thank You RAMADA!!

I triple locked my door. The front of the hotel will fool you! It is not a nice hotel to stay in.

The hallways an room smells like smoke and mildew. Wallpaper in bathroom was peeling. room did not look anything like pictures online. Walls are so thin that you hear everything from rooms next to you. The room upstairs sounded as if they were stumping all day. Hot tub wasn't working. Please do your research before staying here. I have never had this problem at a Ramada before

Rooms need much work, wall paper coming off, TV very bad picture, sink looked like it had been broken and never fixed. The pool was very dirty for a indoor pool. The hot tub wasn't working and looked to have been that way for a year or so. The sauna was same not working. TV in work out room was missing the remote and the channel buttons on the TV had been bashed in, also not working. The TV in the breakfast room looked to have very large burnt holes from a cigarette on the screen. No easy axis to the pool from the room. The door had been broken at some time and now had been padlocked. You had to walk through a maze of hall ways into the front lobby to enter the pool.

Hallway and room had a smell not worth the money.not like what is shown online.

There was water all over the carpet by the air conditioner

Hallway smells musty, room smelled like smoke and walked in one night with the hallways and my room smelling like marijuana. could not sleep both night due to continuous knocking by the neighbor trying to get in his room on the first night and second night by police knocking on the same neighbors door trying to get them to open the door. I did not feel safe at all thinking my family could be in danger of a cross fire. I did like convenience of having a shuttle to and from Navy camp.

This was our second time staying Since it's close to Six Flags & inexpensive. The rooms seem clean & work well if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep. The breakfast is okay however on our second morning they had absolutely NOTHING not even plates to put your food on. The lady working in the breakfast area only spoke Spanish & when I got the front desk person (after waiting 5 minutes) he disappeared & we didn't see him again. That was a huge disappointment not only to us but the other hotel guests as well.

Pics are so misleading. My reason for visiting was Six flags and while I was only there at night I dreaded this place. Pool was murky and I didn't even let my kids in it. The hallways were smelly ? and I even saw a toilet plunger outside ones room in the hallway. I thought Ramada(s) Hotels had a certain standard - I guess not.

The staff is great, the hotel room is gross. This is the worst Ramada that I have ever stayed in. The Internet pictures are deceiving. As you walk down the hall to your room, you will see ceiling tiles dropping from water damage. As you open the door to your room, you will be greeted by funky dirty feet smell. There is no refrigerator in your room. The breakfast area is NOT air conditioned, felt like over 100 degrees. Not a good experience. To many things in the room itself that were broken/damaged. Example: literally a black wall (dirt or fire damage) above the toilet! On a positive note, there was no bugs!!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Hall way stinks like urine and marijuana. The carpet stained. The paint peeling off walls. In the room I pulled back bedding the mattress was so soiled and stained. The sheets had blood on them still red like it had not been washed. The air-conditioning was not working, blowing out hot air. In the bathroom it had mold around tub and wall above tub. Bypass the Ramada inn it's awful. Don't stay here.

Would not stay here again. Would make me question staying at any Ramada anywhere.

Thank you, for your feedback. We will be sure to share the issues in regards to the room cleanliness with our housekeeping staff. During your visit, the local area was flooding due to almost 10 inches of rain which caused several leaks in the building including the one that you saw in the lobby. Our sincere apologies that we fell short of giving you a great stay, but will continue to strive for improvement based off of guest feedback such as yours.
