Worst place ever. Stay away. Dirty, rundown and beds awful!

Stinks. Looks like a jail. Just not worth the price

terrible experience and rude staff. asked for towels when none were put in my room and they tried to tell me i couldnt get any. this was a last resort hotel for many being sold out and i would have rather slept in my car.

Overall we have a good time . We expend two days in the hotel it is very close to the airport, many stores and restaurants close by. The price is good.

This hotel met my budget, but it was looking dirty and neglected in the hallways.....The room was OK, but very outdated. The location is not good for those who don't have their own transportation. Staff stated that they can pick you up from the airport on the date of arrival and take you back on the date of departure. The employee/ driver forgot to pick me up and I was late for my appointment at the airport. Luckily my plan was not leaving until later. I was hoping to take the shuttle bus to the airport daily to access public transportation from there, but was not allowed to share a ride with others who were taken to the airport. Thus took the city bus.....

The lobby was very nice. the halls were a bit dirty looking. The room was clean. The bedding was clean. the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast was ok... cereal and bagels and toast. They do have a few supplies if you forgot something. I had no issues staying there. The room was quiet as well.

got a cheap hotel for a trip to the Grateful Dead for the last 3 concerts hotel ok trip was a blast!!

The hotel did not meet my expectations. The room was full of stains and dirt. No near public transportation. The neighborhood was scary.

I would never stay here again. The water in the shower and sink was brown.

The room was nice and clean very good the breakfast was delicious

I love yre rooms clean been there 3 weekend in a row

quite adequate. the girl behind the counter helped us find the restaurant for supper.

It was good started our day off by checking in our room than than went out to an iiltaian restaurant and ended our night there lol

Got to the hotel had a good night rest. got to site see not to far from the city or the airport just right. I enjoy my time in the hotel

Stay was what you would expect for the price. Since we were visiting relatives for the holidays and just needed a place to sleep, it met our needs.

Nice motel, stayed here for a night. Standard breakfast with some varieties. Free wifi, computer in lobby, opposite have many restaurant, free coffee in the room.

I opted for the inexpensive version of staying at this hotel. The hotel had free wi-fi, continental breakfast, and a quiet room. There were very minor inadequacies such as a bathroom light flickering on occasion and a loose bathtub valve, but nothing to complain about. If you are looking for a bargain, or on a budget, this is an adequate choice.

The Melrose Park Econolodge was a big disappointment. The Hotel is dirty and lacks maintenance. The side door was open all night. The coffee pot was broken. The hair dryer was broken. The lights in the hallway leading to the lobby should have been replaced many years ago. They only gave us one wash cloth. I guess that is what you get for $ 70.00 a night near Oak Park.

It was apretty ok motel the rooms werent all that and they were kind of dirty, rooms smelled like hella pot.

It's a very old hotel, one of the chains owned by Indians (I do not know why but a lot of these low-end hotels are owned by Indians). The room itself definitely needs update, the corridor carpet is filthy. A lot of the people staying here are either Mexican workers or mafia-looking people. The staffs are guarded and not that willing to accommodate any changes you want to make to the reservations. For $65, you can still do a lot better than this.
