Under construction have you stay comfort Inn, comfort Inn is an ok hotel

Extremely disappointed in our stay here. My coworker and I stayed here for business. The rooms smelled alternately between cigarettes and marijuana, depending on how the air was being piped into the room. My coworker found black mold in her bathroom and a very large stain on the underside of her mattress. Very often there was no one there at the front desk. The fire alarm went off at 4 am one night, and no one called the fire department. And to top it all off, they refused to refund us our extra days when we checked out early. We have a lot more work to do in Joliet, and will NOT be staying here again.

If you just need a clean shelter for a night or two then this place is OK. It is a true 3 star-rating hotel. Adequate, but not fantastic. Staffing issues were HUGELY visible! The staff that was delivering service was doing the best they could in a friendly manner. Service should be seemless and it is NOT here. The hot tub was under repair and while it was no big deal to not have it available, we did seek it out for use. Towels in the room were clean but threadbare and tiny.

1st Room wreaked of cigarette smoke. 2nd room didn't smell but there were only 2 washcloths for 3 people. Mold on shower curtain.

Me, my wife and our daughter stayed here for 4 nights as our bathroom was being remodeled. The staff was great, Tommy at the front desk was beyond helpful. He made it a note to greet everyone with courtesy, and went out of his way make sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable. My only gripe was I believe housekeeping needs to be better. There was a stain on one of the sheets, we just threw it off and to the side, and there was a stain in the carpet that I was able to get clean with a little elbow grease. If it wasn't for those 2 things this pace would have 5 stars all across. Overall I feel it was a nice place to stay for the money and the front desk staff is the strongest part of this hotel.

Overall good hotel for the price and location is great near by to mall and hotels .

The hotel is average. But I loved that it was clean. I was not afraid to lay on the bed and the bed was comfy. It's not loud at night so you don't have to worry about that. Bonus: Sometimes they have free cookies at the front desk.

Hotel staff was very nice and courteous. Great breakfast and would recommend to anyone!!

I travel to Illinois quite frequently. This was my least favorite hotel I've stayed at. The first room, the deadbolt lock was completely missing!! It took about 15 minutes to get us into a different room. Our room wasn't cleaned at all one day. The one tiny garbage can was overfilled for 2 days. Lastly, the battery in the door died and it took us about 20 minutes to get into our room our last night there. It was essentially one thing after another. On the positive side, it is quite secluded and quiet. There was a wonderful restaurant down the road called Diamond Restaurant. The hotel is about an hour from downtown.

The hotel was neat and clean and the staff was really friendly. We stay here all the time, and it is never a bad stay.

This hotel is a great value for your money. Great Location and the staff was so nice. Should also mention that have a nice continental breakfast in the morning.

I was up there for work and I have to stay great hotel and great staff!

I have stayed here 2 separate times. The staff is friendly and accomodating. The rooms are clean and the amenities are an added plus. Breakfast IS AMAZING! Only complaint I have is doors are thin and you hear the people go past your door.

Needed a hotel to stay overnight. Worked an extreme number of hours and was just looking for a place to sleep for the night. This hotel met my requirement, cheap! The room was average, but the only thing I did for the evening was sleep, it met this need.

I was in town for a get away weekend. Lexington was right off the interstate. The room was roomy and clean. It was a great stay for the price.

Great experience! After searching everywhere and eventually driving 25 miles or of my way for a kennel for our pup, they informed me they permit pets. Excellent news! Very friendly

The hotel was very clean and the lady at the front desk we very friendly. If you're going to stay here I would recommend getting a room with a jacuzzi tub. It's a little more expensive, but very much worth every penny!

The only thing that would make this place any better is the breakfast. The sausage wasn't cooked. Other than that, the room and overall hotel was outstanding!

It was horrible I would not recommend this hotel to any of my friends

Dear Valued Guest, Thank you for reviewing your stay at Lexington Inn & Suites. I am sorry if you did not have the best experience at our hotel. I am sorry if you smelled cigarette smell in your room. We try our best to make sure that nobody smokes in our rooms, for we are a non-smoking hotel. We are working on remodeling our hotel so that it is better for our guests. I apologize if the fire alarm went off during your stay. Our guest service representatives are trained to handle such incidents and it is unfortunate that this happened during your stay. I hope you decide to give us another chance to give you a much better experience. Best Regards, Danielle S. Guest Service Representative
