We stayed here for weekend to attend Blackhawks game. We could walk from Metra Station and take Madison Bus to the United Center. So convenient. Everything was on time and no wait at check in. Staff was helpful about getting us a cab which took one minute or less
We always know everything is going to be great and everyone will be friendly. Great clean friendly and very knowledgeable of every thing all events going on in Chicago. We always asks for the best places to see and eat. They always know!
We stayed here for a quick weekend for a grad school audition and to attend the opera. Walking distance to the opera and to Giordanos. Quick uber ride to all parts of the city. The hotel is clean with good size rooms. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. It has a great breakfast including oatmeal, eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, waffles, breads and muffins, fruit, milk, coffee and juice. It is quite a large breakfast area which is nice. On Sunday am there was a 15 minute wait to be sure there were tables available during the rush - which we appreciated. I do think they could have done a better of managing the wait - taking room numbers in order of when they got there rather than just letting the guests closest to the hostess in whenever there was space. This would be easy to organize and would keep guest from getting grumpy when others who arrived later went in first. But that was a small thing and likely only an issue if it is breakfast rush. The food was well stocked and delicious. The people working at breakfast were helpful and friendly, as were all of the staff we encountered. I even called to inquire before our stay about parking and they were very helpful. The hotel does have a bar, but apparently it is not open on Friday or Saturday - which was curious to us, but not a big deal. It is open on weekdays. We will stay here again. Thank you for a comfortable weekend!
This is a very nice location not on magnificent mile but close enough. Their on site restaurant food was very good. The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful, Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
The hotel staff were without exception friendly smiling and helpful. the room was beautiful clean comfortable. My only negative -- and it is a small one -- was that I was baffled by the thermostat. The room was a trifle warm and I couldn't seem to figure out how to change it. But this was a minor issue.
I stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites in Barrington, a suburb of Chicago, IL in August 2014 when I attended the Global Leadership Summit at Willow Creek Church. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is included in the price. It’s a great location.
Traveled for a conference held in the hotel. Excellent service, great location, easy access to union station and the L. Great food options in the area. Clean rooms. Staff was friendly enough. Enjoyed my stay.
This was my first time staying at the LaQuinta Inns & Suites in Chicago, I normally stay at the Hyatt Place 2 blocks away. This location was amazing: the accommodations, staff, restaurant and the bartender. I will return.
Great value and easy access to all downtown locations; the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was extensive and convenient to access. Very good service all around. I would stay at this location again for business or pleasure.
I stayed here for business. The hotel is conveniently located from the train station and downtown. Clean hotel! Probably one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. Modern decor! Continental breakfast was fresh and tasty! Staff was beyond friendly and helpful!
