Joe, at the front desk was very personable and helpful. He help make our stay first class. We have recommended you to our friends.

Nice hotel conveniently located. Breakfast very good. The pillows are as hard as a rock ):

Excellent location, awesome staff, great breakfast, lovely and quiet room

Remodeling. Rooms very nice and affordable. Close to a lot of action downtown.

Decided to treat myself to a night downtown....I had stayed at this particular LaQuinta before and enjoyed my stay. This time was no different! The desk staff were VERY polite, professional, and helpful! They even upgraded me at check-in. It was a nice surprise and a very cool experience! The room was great (although the air vents blew cold air right on the bed, and when I turned it down, or off, it quickly became very stuffy, so I had to deal with the air conditioning blowing right on me in bed...my ONLY concern). The FREE breakfast buffet was EXCELLENT! Delicious choices to choose from, and again, the staff was pleasant and helpful here, too! The location is right in the Loop downtown and you can quickly get to anywhere you need to in a few minutes. The Brown Line "L" stop is only a block away! I will be back when I need another night of "treating myself"!

Great location, perfect for all the sites of downtown Chicago. Very accommodating and helpful staff. Fabulous breakfast, included in your stay.

Everything was good except the breakfast. The potatoes were overcook

Very nice hotel, wonderful and helpful staff. The location was amazing! I would stay there again the next time I travel to Chicago

This hotel is overpriced for the quality. You can hear other quest noise & outdoor noise. I only picked it for location.

Family visit overnight to Chicago. Close to the brown line. We walked to Navy Pier through Millennial Park. The park has great things to do for free that kept the 4 and a half year old interested. Very family friendly park. We went to the top of the Hancock Building and enjoyed hot dogs at Downtown Dogs on Rush Street (really good). The hotel was comfortable. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Swimming pool and spa were small, but it wasn't busy when we were there. Parking structure next door had a day rate. Overall, a good option with a nice, better than continental breakfast/waffle bar in the morning. It's not a 5-star resort, but clean, safe and comfortable hotel.

great location with bus & subway stops across the street. The room is nice and clean.

This was my second time out to Chicago for business. This hotel was recommended to me and it was spot on. The location was perfect to my meetings. The room was clean, staff friendly, continental breakfast hit the spot. I'd recommend this to anyone that is in town for business and still wants to see the sites.

Hotel location was fantastic, walking distance to all which is exactly the goal. Stagg was friendly and helpful. Do wish the breakfast went a little longer however that is usual

Good value for money, given the high price of downtown Chicago hotels.

very close and convenient to Union Station for travel on Amtrak. Eating places close by and very good

Cool hotel, loved the hot tub and pool. The staff was very friendly. my room was very clean and big.

We had a nice stay here. The staff was very friendly and the location was excellent for us. Breakfast was ok to decent, a little odd in how some things they must serve you and others you serve yourself. All the staff was nvery nice.

Amazing location: right downtown, within walking distance of Willis Tower, Union Station, and other hotspots. The room was spacious and neatly organized, with soft lighting and plush pillows. Staff members were prompt, pleasant, and polite. Within minutes of requesting plastic bags for the bathroom, they were delivered where I wanted. The breakfast selections were plentiful and laid out in a clean, comfortable dining area. When I checked out, the staff immediately flagged a cab for me. The only complaint was with the elevators, which require a keycard.

Very satisfied overall. Especially with the hotel staff. I would say the staff there were outstanding and friendlier than any other hotel staff.

Clean and great location. Staff were nice and parking wasn't a problem. A lil expensive though.
