I noticed the wifi connection was very slow as soon as I get in the room. I called the front desk immediately to report the problem and requested to change a room. They transfered me to the third party tech support instead and spent 30 minutes on the phone with them and they wanted to send a tech person in to check the issue. Then I called the front desk again and they finally put me to the room 2 doors down and the connection speed was much quicker. Wasted 45 minutes. The hotel itself is a very basic 2.5 - 3 star hotel with no bath tub. It's kind of expensive for $300 per night.

Very comfortable with good noodle place next door.

Very clean and bright. excellent location for a short visit to the city

Surprisingly nice! Very clean, friendly and efficient staff, and great, convenient location!

clean, comfort and good condition. excellent localization but ideal for business if you looking to know Chicago "vacation" you need to go North

Very nice hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with information about the city and where to eat. conveniently located to union station for our train trip.

Centralized location, incredibly friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy beds... this place is my new favorite place to stay in Chicago. I can't recommend it enough.

Nice hotel excellent very helpful staff don’t want to add more to review

So nice and clean! Great bar so convenient for a nightcap. All staff helpful and friendly. The beds are so comfortable. My favorite was the well equipped workout room-and again, so clean. This is my new Chicago stay.

Good place to stay. Close to pretty much everything.

Huge room, clean, excellent location close to everything, walkable to many attractions. Parking at the garage next door, about $50 but worth the location.

I have always wanted to stay in downtown Chicago. We had no idea where to stay. After getting on Orbitz and seeing pictures and descriptions of many hotels we settled on La Quinta because of price, being recently renovated, and they offered a free breakfast. We were not disappointed! I was excited to join the La Quinta rewards club and look forward to staying in a La Quinta Hotel next time I travel.

No parking, and doesn't add your la quinta rewards points.

Stayed here for New Year’s Eve, great location close to everything in Times Square. Only thing that was sort of a hassle was having to take two elevetars to and from guest rooms.

Clean and comfortable. What else is there to say?

Room had the standards needed and met my expectations for an economy hotel. The restaurant was pleasat, breakfast was tasty (step up from Hampton Inn's), and fitness room was roomy with good quality equipment.

We arrived to Chicago at 10am which is much earlier than the official check-in time. We asked if we could leave our bags; however, the receptionist was able to check us in already! We were very happy not only to have possibility to leave the bags, but also be able to freshen up after the flight. The room was great, clean and comfortable. In our room we had iron, microwave, TV, hair dryer, everything you might need for your stay. Breakfast is included which worked out great for us.
