The hotel needs serious renovations. The stay was quick and we only seen the staff behind the desk. I asked for an iron and I had to get dress to get one. I needed to walk down to the front desk. Besides that, the rooms were looked and smell clean but they need to invest in new sheets. It's breakfast was not like advertised. It started later then 6 and it was a continental one.

The first thing we noticed was the gross smell. There is a White Castle next door...but this smell was worse! The second thing we noticed was that the door was missing the lock, check photos. It looks like the room was broken into at one point. Made us feel super safe... Next was how dusty everything was. Like it hasn't ever been cleaned, even though there was a little note on the bed that said the room had been cleaned. Then I pulled back the covers to reveal sheets that had already been slept in and were dirty!!! Gross!! See pics! The neighborhood was sketchy. Literally surrounded by factories and auto repair shops...I can't figure out why there would need to be so many repair shops on one block. Never would I ever recommend this hotel to anyone and will never ever stay at a LaQuinta hotel ever again.

Older but clean, given unrequested handicap room with very small tub/ shower. Guest computer slow, old and finicky. Night staff guy was quite nice and helpful for this tired weary traveler.

Shower pressure is low, bring shampoo & conditioner cause all that is in bathroom is 1 very small bottle. Comfortable beds and linens. Good breakfast. We had a very quiet room. I would stay here again.

Located just a quick taxi or shuttle ride to O'Hare, it's a great location. While the room itself was clean, the sheets had stains, and the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke and the leftover pizza overflowing from the rubbish bins. It was unfortunate at check-in as there was only one woman at the front desk. I was the only at the desk, but I waited at least ten minutes while the woman manned the phones.

They provide shuttle service to the airport only once every hour. They do not disclose this when you book the hotel. They do not provide shuttle service after midnight at all. They do not disclose this when you book the hotel.

Réception was not nice when I asked why they canceled hotel shuttle from airport. I ended up taking a cab yet one of the reason I chose the hotel was there airport shuttle.

Room smelled like wet dog. Elevator was in need of some serious work. Would shake really bad at top floor.

Continental breakfast was advertised to be available until 0900, but was all put away by 0810 when we got there. That was disappointing. Otherwise a nice stay.

Hotel is a decent with ok rooms and pricing and everything, except wifi/internet is bad, basically non-existent. Stayed 3 days and would try to use it but would disconnect every 2-3mins.

Great service. Found a few stains on both bed's sheets. Overall still comfy.

The hotel was farther from the airport than anticipated. Old furnishings, temperature control was poor, room paint was seriously scratched up and banged up. Bathroom was small/clausterphobic. Breakfast was bleak.

Hotel's airport shuttle took nearly 55 minutes for pick up in 2 of 3 days. Front desk will always tell you 20-25 minutes. Then they will blame traffic, rain etc. Be prepared to wait a long time at the airport. Departures from the hotel is timely, especially in the mornings. But return from the airport is "God knows when"

Depending on who you spoke to at the front desk, free airport shuttle schedule was different each time. Varied from every half hour to "only on the hour"; no need to reserve shuttle, just be at pick up spot to "must call to reserve". Front desk person (Indian man) argued with me when I told him what we were told for the past 2 days. Seemed bothered to help us with printing boarding passes on lobby computer, but neglected to tell us which printer to select. Hotel is older and needs some repairs. Our light in bathroom went out at 11pm and this same man just said "ok", did not offer to fix it that night, did not inform us when is would be repaired. Only provide 1 small shampoo bottle and 1 bar of soap for both sink and shower.

The hotel was the nicest or the worse hotel I've been to. Pretty much got what I paid for. Breakfast was not all that.

dirty sheets, falling apart, no door lock!!
