Overall hotel experience was good. Wouldn't recommend the restaurant though. Our waiter was nice and friendly but we had to wait forever to get our order and it was absolutely screwed up by the cook twice.

Love the beds and pillows, breakfast was tasty and with lots of options staff was also nice and very welcoming.

We used this hotel to hold a business meeting over two days. Facilities, food service and accommodations were good. Proximity to the airport worked well for everyone traveling to the meeting. Hotel shuttle every 15 minutes.

Great experience with staff, food and Chamberlain College event. Very nice and honest housekeeping: lost jewelry was found and returned. Great job! We will definitely come back. Easy tripl to Chicago : Blue Line train located within 5 minutes walking distance.Thank you for your great service.

Checked in ~ 2:00 AM & needed some sleep. When I tried to take a shower a few hours later, I couldn't because the shower handle didn't work. As I was leaving & told the front desk about it, the only comment was to question me if I'd contacted housekeeping. They wouldn't authorize any refund because I'd booked the room through Orbitz. They didn't care at all about my satisfaction.

Beautiful comfortable hotel, great night sleep. Easy ride back to airport Friendly staff

Decent hotel, a bit understated as far as decor, but overall, the stay was very enjoyable and very close to restaurants, shopping, and bars. Enjoyable stay and will use this hotel again.

Shuttle works great, staff is helpful, they had food available late so I could eat when I got in after 10pm. I stay here every time I have a long layover in Chicago and I am never disappointed.

I don't normally write reviews, but feel I must give credit to this hotel. Raphael and his staff were amazing, taking care of everything we asked!!

Restarantula was closed at 7 pm on week night. Only bar was open. Crowded and noisy. Staff were pleasant but hotel did not seem to rise to star rating.

The place is massive and orderly. The staff is kind and efficient.

Very nice room. It was clean and comfortable. I enjoyed staying there. I would surely book again if I get chance. I would rate 4.5 star out of 5. Thumbs up and keep it going. The staff were polite while doing their work. I like the room on 5th floor I was staying. I specially prefered to stay on the top floor and I was able to.

The place is massive and orderly. The staff is kind and efficient.

Huge 60 inch hi def TV, very comfortable bed, very clean and shuttle service to airport. Also a few minutes walk to the L on the Blue line for easy access to downtown Chicago

The kids steak was tasting bad almost like if the meat itself was already going bad before they cook it. We order room service for breakfast and they served us cold sausage. We were very disappointed by the quality of the food...

Great hotel! Would definitely use again! Room was beautiful, everything was very clean and neat.

We spent the night here before flying out of O'hare for two weeks. Everything was seamless. Shuttle was on time, no waiting around at the airport. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable. Our car was parked in a secured ramp while we were gone so no security or weather issues to worry about. Overall great stay.

It is great place to stay and staff is really nice and friendly.

Very nice place to stay and park. Shuttle service was easy in the morning. Got additional access to the VIP lounge which was very nice. There was a large conference going on so every seating area in the very large lobby was taken. It was nice to have a quieter place to go to.

I have no complaints about the hotel, and I would probably stay again. There was nothing that made the hotel outstanding, but I got exactly what I paid for and I was comfortable.
