I was surprised to be charged a $25 fee for "incidentals." I'm not sure what those would be as there is no room service or other fees that may pertain to the stay. I was not informed that the $25 fee would be refunded.

The staff was very pleasant. Breakfast was nice. Unfortunately, the rooms were not. Sheets had stains and hair on pillows, found shards of glass on the floor, which clearly hadn’t been vacuumed, and the bathroom counters had not been wiped down. Did not feel comfortable sleeping in beds, the room was just down right dirty. Asked for a new room with the same result. Will not stay here again
It was close to where I was visiting and easy to navigate too. The property was great. I really liked the decor in the room.
We woke to find there was a big blood stain on the comforter. It was not from us. We notified the staff. They apologized and said it would be taken care of. When we arrived late that night, nothing had been done. The bloody comforter was still on the bed. I went to the desk. They gave me an extra sheet and light blanket and said nothing could be done until the next morning. The grounds are unmowed with tall weeds in the landscape, trash cans overflowing, and the parking lot was filthy. We won't be coming back!
Hotel was massively understaffed. We came to check in at 3 pm and were told our rooms were not ready as they had other guests stay the night before and needed more time. They were going to call us when they were done. By 7 pm we badly wanted to shower and rest, and we had not gotten a call. We went back anyway, and after 20 plus mins of the front desk being swamped by calls and frustrated customers, we were given a room. We went to our room, opened the door and another couple were on the bed. The gentleman aggressively backed us out of the room. We went back to the lobby and after more waiting, we were given a room that was vacant.
Super friendly staff and very clean rooms. We used the pool area and enjoyed our rooms. The breakfast was nice and delish, they did great accommodations for covid19. Our beds were comfy and the rooms are very nicely upgraded with modernized furniture. I highly recommend for any stays.
Very friendly front desk employee got us checked in quickly. Rooms were nice the floors are very poorly insulated and cheaply constructed. You will hear every foot step from the people above you if you not top floor.
Everything was new and fresh. Safe practices were in place and followed.
It was quiet even though there were young people hanging out noisily in the breakfast room. The breakfast is good. My key went bad at one point and needed to be re-magnetized 3 times! The pool was closed for maintenance, and the parking lot could have been better plowed. But the staff were all really pleasant. While I was waiting to check out, the man at the desk was dealing with another guest's problem and he seemed really trying to be as helpful as possible.
Warm, accommodating staff The room has been updated, but was missing some finishing touches.
Nice, clean, convenient, and good breakfast. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and the microwave/fridge was convenient.
Hotel stay was great. Only negatives I can say are that at breakfast we went down at about 930 and one of the guests wanted cinnamon rolls and they were all gone and never restocked. Also the pancake machine was out of pancake batter. Also, someone came to clean our room at about 9 o’clock and we had the thing hanging on our door for privacy.
Everyone with whom I came into contact with were very courteous/friendly.
The room wasn't clean, no breakfast, marking in the bathrooms, MICE in the BOX SPRING. Then the staff never gave a refund or anything...Never ever having anyone in my business to stay there....ever.
