The room was a bit small, but the bathroom was roomy and nice. The closet space was small and there were no drawers.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Rooms clean. I like the 24 hr tea and coffee at the lobby. Hardworking staff.

Room was clean and pleasant. Staff slow but friendly. No towels in pool area, and pool was HOT! Was kept awake by running semi outside of window. Getting to the hotel was very confusing!!!

The rooms have been newly remodeled and are pretty spacious. There's lot of parking. We stayed for two nights to be able to drive into Downtown Chicago and then be close to Midway Airport to take an early morning flight. The people next door were very loud and the walls are thin the first night. They are so loud/the walls are so thin, I thought they were in the hallway outside our room. We had to leave the TV on to fall asleep. The room doors make a lot of noise when they close so if you near people who are constantly slamming doors that can be annoying. I would only stay there again if I knew nobody would be staying next door to me because of the noise level or if I had to get to the airport really early the next morning and was willing to sacrifice sleep because of it. The included breakfast didn't have an egg items. I would have liked for there to be an egg option like other Hampton Inns. The staff was very nice.
On-line it stated this hotel has a shuttle to Midway. It does not. The entire reason I booked at this hotel was for the shuttle. When I checked in, the person at the desk said their shuttle doesn’t start running until 0900. I needed to leave at 0500. She said to call at 11pm and check with the night manager and they would have someone take me to the airport. The night manager said that not only could No one take me to the airport, they had not been offering shuttle service for the last year and a half. I have no idea why the person at the front desk said they had a shuttle after 9am or why she told me someone would take me to the airport. Do Not Stay here if you need an airport shuttle!
