Our private entrance condo is perfect for visiting Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. Located within walking distance to grocery stores, Italian and pizza restaurants, and just a 10-15 minute ride to O'Hare Airport, All-State Arena, and I-90, you'll have everything you need at your fingertips.

Our three-level condo offers a spacious living room with a smart TV and a sofa sleeper couch, a full dining room that can seat 8 people, a full kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook a meal, and two full bathrooms. The master suite also has a smart TV for your entertainment.

You'll have your own private entrance and we will provide you with an elock code for the unit door for easy self check-in. Additionally, we offer free WIFI and ample parking space for your convenience. Plus, you'll have access to a washer and dryer during your stay.

With a mix of residential, commercial, and industrial properties, the city offers a great blend of community, work, and leisure.

Don't forget to take advantage of the many recreational facilities offered by the Des Plaines Park District, including water slides, swimming pools, ice skating rinks, golf courses, bike trails, and boating. And if you need to get to downtown Chicago, the Metra station is just a block away from our condo.

To ensure your peace of mind during your stay, we have partnered with a protection plan provider. The cost of this plan is included in your rental rate and fees and provides you with protection against accidental damages and injuries.

2. People other than those in the Guest party outlined in the reservation may not stay overnight on the property.
3. The unit is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
