Extended Stay America - Chicago - Schaumburg - I-90

Upon arrival there were issues with other travelers regarding lost reservations. We were ok but the lady checking us in kept going on and on about having no help and how her replacement didn't show. The manager refused to come speak with the disgruntled guests and told the lady to turn them away. The room had mold in it. Had it not been for a huge event in the area and all other hotels were booked I would not have stayed. At least there were no bed bugs....would not recommend!

May be front desk stuff had something wrong before I check in..... I never got bad treat and talk from hotel stuff like this time.

I had a pretty decent experience with this hotel. The front counter person was very helpful when i was checking. Disliked the fact that there wasnt any ice vending and that i had to make my own but other than that it was okay.

Pros: Hotel Staff was friendly Cons: Room smelled heavily of perfumed, there were no mini toiletries (shampoo, etc.), and grab and go breakfast lacked anything we could easilly take with food-wise (only oatmeal),

A bit shabby. 2 light fixtures broken. Too many dogs in rooms.

The staff was nice. It was close to the i-90. Took 30 min to get to dt.

Great Time, Great location. Very convient to the mall

One of my top places to stay jest did not like how the woman up front treated me at first she was mad or something hope that change but other then that I will go back

Staff were professional & helpful. Room was clean and well cared for. The kitchenette was a big plus!

the room smelled like smoke, I think the kids were playing socker in the room upstairs half the night and the hotel was very hard to find, I could have done a lot better for $70 a night.

The first thing we noticed was the kitchen! Some hotels only have a mini fridge for you to use, but this room had everything but an oven at our disposal. The bed was HUGE, which was a big plus. It was comfortable and was very warm through the whole night. In the morning, we both had really warm showers. Exploring the extremes of the water temperature, we found that it could get much hotter, so we were pleased that each of us could shower without having to have any cold water. Overall, it was a great hotel at a great price :D

Checkin was curteous but when we got into our room it was a mess. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. The Manager put us in another room with the so-called stylish decor and they had to come put fresh linens into that one. wasnt' happy at all on this trip. The restaurant Chandlers Was a big hit awesome food being that its on a beautiful golf resort. Would always come to visit that restaurant anytime.

We needed a place to stay for one night and we ended up getting the last room! thank goodness for that! ESA is a great place to stay overall. The only complaint I ever have is that the TV controls are always missing. IDK why!? You get your rest, which is what I always need so it works for me!

The room had some issues (windows and refrigerator), but maintenance fixed them. Staff was cooperative to provide early checkin and an extension for my stay.

Good quiet place to stay while in Schaumburg. No big amenities in the hotel, but room had fridge, microwave and stove. Night staff was very helpful when I needed things. Hotel carpets / walls / etc were a little "worn" but stay was nice.

No complaints. The room was clean, as were the bed linens. The hotel staff was friendly (to the point where they said hello every time they saw us). Housekeeping in your room is not provided unless you pay an additional $2 charge, but you can easily exchange your towels at the front desk. It is a little hard to find if you're not familiar with the area, as it is not directly on Roselle Road as its address implies.Plenty of parking, nearby to many restaurant chains, although some food can be delivered to the hotel. Also, super close to Medieval Times.
