Sheri is a lovely lady who owns and runs the bed and breakfast. Great location to down town Antioch a very nice small town in northern Illinois.

Just wonderful, perfect place for escaping the cahos if the city.

Place is very charming and cozy. Had a little issue with the shower in the harbor suite but overall an amazing experience.

This was my first stay at a bed and breakfast and it did not disappoint!! Sheri is so friendly and went above and beyond during our stay. The house is lovely and the decor is amazing. Everything was clean and comfortable. Sheri is also a fantastic cook/baker; the food was delicious! We will definitely be back!!

The room is comfortable and there are a lot of interesting nicknacks and old photos hanging on the walls. The robes in the rooms and the bottles of water were a nice touch. I would recommend this place to friends.

Lovely host, delicious breakfast, got upgraded to a lovely room. Close to Wilmot skiing. Great experience. Highly recommend.

very nice b and b - let down by a coupe of items that should be easily fixable. one - the stairs - they are steep, but the actually dangerous part is that they desperately need to have the edge of the top threshold to be marked in a clear different color. As it is they invite someone to accidentally step off the top thinking they still had 6-8" at the top... a very real hazard. 2 - for the not so tall the bed we had was way too tall - also easily fixable 3 - way too much road noise filters into the rooms which keeps you awake until the bars close - more expensive to install sound insulating windows but would be much appreciated otherwise this is a great b and b the food and feel of the place is superb

Lovely Victorian home that is charmingly decorated. Our bedroom was the Jessica room and was very comfortable. There were very pleasant common areas, a nice three season porch, a living room, and parlor with a pool table. Also the dining room has a lovely dining table that can accommodate most of the guests in one sitting and we had a nice time chatting and getting to know the other visitors over breakfast. Our host served a fabulous breakfast, sausage, waffles, three fruit toppings, and real whipped cream! She was very friendly and accommodating. We truly enjoyed our stay and considered it a great value.

Great experience, comfortable and cozy! Will be returning soon
