    Great location!!!

    The room had a great space. I liked that it was more of a studio type of room because it included a small kitchen. The cleanliness was goo overall, but found a dirty cup that was hidden behind the curtain. There was always hot water in the shower, which was great. Since it’s an old hotel, there is no heater in the room. If you feel cold you have a small heater that you could plug. Although me and my husband went in winter and the average temperature was 35F, the room temperature felt great and we slept well. What we loved the most was that it has a great location. It is about 3min walking distance from John Hancock (360 Chicago observation deck)

    Come back when remodeling is over.

    I believe the hotel is now closed and undergoing total remodeling. When they are done, I would 100% recommend this hotel. The locations is perfect, rooms are generous, building is beautiful, staff is lovely.

    Don’t Dare to Stay

    Horrible in every possible way, sofas in the room are stained with blood!! Sperm!! No idea and No towels and soaps.. One of the horrible experinse.. by the way Lift doesn’t work.
