Very good. Thought it would like better than motel but it's almost equal to Holliday inn. Beds are really good and rooms are clean n neat. Nice n fresh breakfast.

Good location , pool is outdoor ! All good for the price ! Breakfast was just basic

Clean room, new paint and carpet. Improvement over when it was a La Quinta. La Quinta was pet friendly, vague smell. Day Inn not pet friendly, love that, no smell.

It was not a luxury hotel, but the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. I think it was a good choice.

Not terrible but I would go back. Breakfast included sounds good but it's very minimal.

We were really only in the hotel for about twelve hours. We called ahead with a late arrival, which went without a hitch. The female desk clerk was not rude, but certainly not welcoming, neither on the phone when I called about the late arrival nor in person. The location was not as nice as other La Quinta hotels, but at least it was clean.

We decided to give the La Quinta brand one more try. Nope - not for us. The whole hotel smelled musty our room even more so. There was a white, crusty substance dried on the front of the microwave in out room. The bed seemed to be made of cement blocks it was as advertised a pillow top mattress but a 1 cushion on concrete does not a bed make. The toilet looked like it had something reddish brown in color dried on the side of it but, from the shower, you could see it wrapped around to the back. It couldn't be be rust - don't even wish to speculate. Towels were nice! I am very sensitive to mold and mildew and my allergy was in full blossom within 10 minutes of walking into the room. We stayed the full 2 nights because of the convenience but never again!

Our stay went very well. The hotel is old but clean and comfortable. The price was right, but you have to realize that you get what you pay for. The night time clerk was great-we even fed her!! The parting clerk as we were leaving was rude, slow, and really spoiled a great stay.

I was in town for my high school reunion. This hotel was in a good location and at a reasonable cost. Great places to eat nearby. I was travelling alone but felt safe, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel in general could use an update and specifically the bathrooms, but it was clean, and the bed was comfortable with updated bedding/linens. I use the stairs vs. the elevator, and the stairwells needed more frequent cleaning. Breakfast included made this a good value, and the breakfast room was clean, bright and well maintained by the staff. They have a computer with printer/paper in the reception area, and the setup made printing boarding passes very easy upon checkout. Overall, a friendly, comfortable, safe atmosphere.

We needed a bed and breakfast hotel with a rented car the package worked great for our needs....Hotel is great for the value. clean rooms and most important clean Bathroom

Couldn't be more pleased. Everything was top notch. An excellent staff. I was attending a wedding in Long Grove so location was perfect. Excellent eating establishments all around.

Need to clean up the residual smell of cigarettes on the non-smoking floors. Otherwise a nice place to stay.

The room was not clean when my wife and me walked in. The first thing that I noticed was the smell. Like mix of BO and mold. Because of that before we settled in I began my inspection of the room. At just looking around with out moving anything or touching anything it looked clean. When I stated to move stuff I found a lot of dirt. Like on the windows had mold on them. There was dust all over. I mean how hard is it to clean in the corners, behind the things, and the bed skirt looked like they haven't changed it out in a very long time. The coffee make didn't look clean, had some white crusty stuff in it. To top it all off the lady that checked us in sounded iritaded with us because we didn't want a smoking room and one not on the first floor. Pluses: we did get a free upgraded room

Excelent place to stay, great service and very clean

Fantastic Place!!!! Very nice place to stay the food was excelent

The staff is very polite and helpful, but the room was not clean.

Pros: Staff was accommodating, letting us check-in early. Location was great, close to 53 and not too far from airport. Breakfast was just enough to get us going and relatively quiet considering right by busy Dundee Rd. Cons: Bathroom area stunk a bit, like damp mold. No refrigerator but there is free ice. Ice bucket not really big enough to hold anything. Dundee Rd. can get busy and takes some time to get to hotel.

The hotel was not the cleanest. In the bathroom there was no shampoo or conditioner. The only item I could find in the bathroom was soup.

The staff was very pleasant. No marketplace to buy snaks, snack machines only. DIngy smell like aunt edna's house. It does the job but comfort is not a high priority. Bathrooms reminded me of public restrooms at a subway station.

Stay was okay - hotel wasn't great, but we it did the job.
