Very modern & chic hotel in the heart of downtown. Wonderful shops and restaurants nearby. Perfect location to spend a wonderful week in Chicago.

Very helpful staff - super modern clean with roof top bar and spa Ask for a corner room like 01 to 02

Staff was excellent. All went well. Very tiny room

nice hotel, good location, the bed was great. The concierge was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area and had some great recommendations.

We enjoyed our stay for three days with lots to do close by.

I was sad to find out their unique signature rooftop cigar lounge was closed by the new management. As somebody who had hosted several business events there in the past it was like losing an old friend. Once again political correctness has run rampant. I guess it is time to move on to one of the newer properties which have sprung up in the neighborhood. Bad move new owners.

Overall great hotel. Everyone raves about awesome staff at the hotel, and they are right. Everyone was super friendly, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel couldn't be better. Easy walk to everything, and right in the center of both worlds- art, Michigan Ave just few blocks away, but also all the great restaurants Chicago has to offer. The room itself was nice. Nobody could complain about the floor to ceiling windows of the corner king on the 25th floor... great views. Nice selection of Wine in the room as part of the available amenities was super clever. One thing was the shower solution in the room: I get it, it's sexi to watch the other person shower while laying in bed, but not everyone is into it... leave it as an option by all means, but that tacky fabric curtain has to go.... replace it with something that will be modern and esthetically fit the room. Oh, and fix up the scratched furniture and fix the music docking station. Cuz it shows lots of wear and tear, and it doesn't fit the hotel price tag.

I travel to Chicago regularly and I usually stay at a chain hotel. Was excited to find this property on Orbitz. It has a ton of personality and the staff is great. They have a new restaurant in the lobby that is very tasty. I ate there for breakfast and dinner and loved both meals. My room was floor to ceiling windows and was great. My only complaint was my room had no closet which was a bit odd.

It was my first time staying at Dana Hotel & Spa. I didn't have any expectation, but the overall service and facilities were great. One time I needed two sets of forks and knives in the middle of night, and went to the lobby for help. The staffs were willingly providing what I needed in the super late night, and I was very impressed. Thank you for giving me a nice impression on Chicago, and highly recommend Dana Hotel and Spa!

The service was awful. The roomIs clean, but zero amenities for the price

Great hotel and loved the corner room with views and floor to ceiling windows. Cool iPad in room and chargers. Restaurant was under construction so the continental bfast was a joke and the service was very slow and almost non-existent. Great location with plenty of shops and bars/restaurants close by. Only 2-3 blocks from Michigan Ave. Spa was nice but very small bathrooms in the spa area.

Very nice hotel in a great location with a first class staff and a great night club

3 Blocks from Red Line, 3 blocks to Michigan Ave...loved modern decor wood grain floor & corner room views up State St.

Beautiful rooms, close to everything and great food! Staff was phenomenal

The room was fine but the AC was really noisy. I also didn't like the fact that there was only a glass separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

Awesome staff , awesome place!!!!!!! The amenities are amazing...I would stay here again and again!!!!

This hotel has a modern look and is unique. It's close to magnificent mile shopping and lots of restaurants. The only problem was parking was too high. Parking was $49 a day and they don't tell you that there will be an additional parking tax added to your final bill which was about another $15 a day.

Management was rude and in professional. We were there for three night and the forgot to clean the room one day. They shorted us towels one day. The restaurant was over priced and the quantity of food given was very small. The bar tender was rude and slow. This not a place I would recommend. Steve Nderson

I am still euphoric from my recent visit to Hotel Dana; what a gorgeous place, design-wise, and sooo comfortable. But what really made it for me was the friendly, helpful, delightful people who work there. I felt so relaxed and happy the whole three days I was there. The spa is outstanding. Had an amazing massage. And the rooms are spa-like, too. I loved that there was a yoga mat in the closet. I swear, that shower was the best I have ever experienced. Fantastic location, and so reasonably priced for such a luxurious experience.

Great choice overall. Nice, knowledgeable staff, well appointed rooms.
