It was my first time staying at Dana Hotel & Spa. I didn't have any expectation, but the overall service and facilities were great. One time I needed two sets of forks and knives in the middle of night, and went to the lobby for help. The staffs were willingly providing what I needed in the super late night, and I was very impressed. Thank you for giving me a nice impression on Chicago, and highly recommend Dana Hotel and Spa!

The service was awful. The roomIs clean, but zero amenities for the price

Great hotel and loved the corner room with views and floor to ceiling windows. Cool iPad in room and chargers. Restaurant was under construction so the continental bfast was a joke and the service was very slow and almost non-existent. Great location with plenty of shops and bars/restaurants close by. Only 2-3 blocks from Michigan Ave. Spa was nice but very small bathrooms in the spa area.

Very nice hotel in a great location with a first class staff and a great night club

3 Blocks from Red Line, 3 blocks to Michigan Ave...loved modern decor wood grain floor & corner room views up State St.

Beautiful rooms, close to everything and great food! Staff was phenomenal

The room was fine but the AC was really noisy. I also didn't like the fact that there was only a glass separating the bathroom from the bedroom.

Awesome staff , awesome place!!!!!!! The amenities are amazing...I would stay here again and again!!!!

This hotel has a modern look and is unique. It's close to magnificent mile shopping and lots of restaurants. The only problem was parking was too high. Parking was $49 a day and they don't tell you that there will be an additional parking tax added to your final bill which was about another $15 a day.

Management was rude and in professional. We were there for three night and the forgot to clean the room one day. They shorted us towels one day. The restaurant was over priced and the quantity of food given was very small. The bar tender was rude and slow. This not a place I would recommend. Steve Nderson

I am still euphoric from my recent visit to Hotel Dana; what a gorgeous place, design-wise, and sooo comfortable. But what really made it for me was the friendly, helpful, delightful people who work there. I felt so relaxed and happy the whole three days I was there. The spa is outstanding. Had an amazing massage. And the rooms are spa-like, too. I loved that there was a yoga mat in the closet. I swear, that shower was the best I have ever experienced. Fantastic location, and so reasonably priced for such a luxurious experience.

Great choice overall. Nice, knowledgeable staff, well appointed rooms.

My experience was great. Comfortable hotel near shoping and restaurants.

Best hotel ever...TJ the door man was awesome ...so friendly and helpful. ...it really makes a difference....the rest of the staff was friendly as well...the hotel is absolutely beautiful and our corner room was amazing....the floor to ceiling windows offered the most incredible views....very romantic place...will definitely go back...can't wait!!!!

Hotel staff were all great. Love our Comfy King Room with balcony and view.

We had a wonderful time but a few issues we had was we were so close to the elevator it was a huge distraction in the morning as well as through the evening. In addition, we were so close to the next building that you could easily stare into another persons condo which was a bit odd. We still had a great time and love the hotel but wish we had a better room which would've made the difference.

I surprised my girlfriend with a trip to Chicago for her birthday and decided to book at the Dana hotel . Great service the doormen were very helpful and had knowledge of places I wanted to go check out . The shower in the room was my favorite part about the room next to the view and not to mention the Lounge upstairs which also had a great view

Hotel was fantastic!! The full window made the room feel large and spacious. The beds were heavenly!! No one was sure they'd sleep as well in their own bed as they had at the hotel. The staff was all friendly and extremely helpful. Often offer excellent suggestions for restaurants. Location was perfect. We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted and anytime we couldn't walk the staff easily provided alternative transportation options. The spa was wonderful! Very relaxing and comfortable. Once again the staff was friendly, helpful and excellent at their jobs. I will definitely recommend the Dana to anyone staying in Chicago.

The Dana is beautiful and comfortable with very professional and efficient employees. I would most certainly either stay there again or recommend to anyone who inquires. Thank you

Great location, friendly staff. Fantastic rooftop bar!
