Poorly kept rooms. No soap, shampoo, tv remote. Spots and the bathroom ceiling.

Poor customer service and the site did not resemble the pictures at all. Ended up walking away and staying at a different location.

Upon arrival i found that elevator was out of order. Room on 3rd floor, key card didn't work, twice= 3 trips up & down those stairs after walking around Six Flags all day. Had to request that floor be cleaned, still was dirty after "cleaning”=keeping our shoes on entire visit including in the shower. Staff was decent

Worst hotel I’ve ever been to had to leave after one night it was so bad and they still kept $660!

Very unclean facilities. Too much noise from younger crowds that live there. Will not book again. On the other hand the Office staff is kind.

Very cheap, you pay for what you get almost half the price of other hotels in the area. Worth the price if your just looking to sleep and keep on moving.

I walked into my room and it was dirty with crumbs on the floor and it didn't smell good either. It was well after midnight when I arrived, so I was way too tired to go complain. I pulled back the bed covers and the sheets were stained and the pillow cases smelled of sweat. Gross!

Dirty rooms, incompetent staff, outdated/dirty grounds, overall musty/stale/cigarette smell. Stay at the Marriott Courtyard across the street!

non-smoking room smells smoke, carpet full of stain, cover sheet on bed not clean, leaking toilet making flushing sounds every couple of minutes.

Stayed in town for a few days. Location was great due to me being right down the road. Internet was awesome. Definitely needs some modernization. Room had stale smell in there, purchased a plug-in and it was better. Shouldn't have to do that though. Only upgrade was the tv and bathroom. Other than that, it served its purpose.

Friendly hotel staff. Small room and bed for two people. Additional bunk beds not needed. No coffee pot. Urine smell with onset of AC. Toilet handle broke on last morning. Dirty cloth in kitchen sink. Room and Bathroom not cleaned properly. Great proximity to our event. freeway and shops. I would recommend this to others, with caution.

Only complaint is a lot teenagers staying at that time to louder

I was going to IL. to see friends & family and needed a place where I could be alone after seeing everyone. I needed someplace cheap & I needed at least a mini-fridge for my medications. I was a bit worried when I got there as I was a late arrival and because of the winter storm, I was 2 hours later than I planned on. When I got there, after 9pm, the door was locked & had a sign that said be back in 10 minutes. As cold as it was with the wind chill, my Brother and I decided to go to the McDonalds down the road to use the bathroom & get something to warm us up a little. We got back to the hotel & the receptionist was there. We walked in & there was a mix-up on my room as I needed a accessible room and one wasn't reserved. The receptionist went out of her way to help me and got me the room I needed. Each of the rooms comes with a small kitchenette. I paid $30-$35 a night and got a clean room with a kitchenette! Even my family & friends were happy about the low price. The room had a small table with two chairs where you could eat or work at. The tv had cable including Showtime & Comedy Central. The bathroom was HUGE compared to some hotels. The shower had bars for easy walk-in/out and sit-up/down. All in all, I had a good stay for a good price. Would definitely reserve here again!

This was supposed to be a trip to see my son who graduated from the Naval Academy. This was the worse hotel that I have ever stayed in. The room stunk, and the place is very seedy. Looks like a boarding home for degenerates. I would not recommed this place to a animal let alone a proud parent who is looking to stay somewhere and see their child graduate down the road from here.

Not fancy, but served it's purpose. Front desk staff friendly.

I read some of the reviews about this hotel and I was hesitant at first but I still booked a room. I arrived at the hotel and it was clean and the staff was amazing they made sure I had everything. I'd stay there again and the price was very low.

Arrived and room was not ready, the staff (TL) was her name apologized because they were short on their housekeeping staff. But she was very courteous and friendly and she upgraded our room. The room was clean, towels were fresh and the beds were very comfortable. We were there for our grandson's graduation from the Naval Base and the location was perfect. About 5 minutes from the base and basically a straight shot from the hotel given a turn or two. We were very pleased with our stay there. The location is great as there is a Walmart in a plaza with other restaurants and stores there. Excellent location. I'd stay away from the Huna Habache restaraunt. The food and the food selection there in my opinion is not worth the $9.99 they charge for the buffet. Go to Buffalo Wild wings instead. But TL and her staff made our stay there a very pleasant one. I would definitely stay there again.

Decent and clean. Reasonable rate. Shower pressure is amazing

Hotel was clean, noisy from truck and train but was a good visit. tv could be upgraded

The room was ok. I do like the HOT shower and the kitchen.
