My room was adjacent to entrance #4. The exterior door closed needed to be adjusted to keep it from slamming shut - it was loud and annoying. The hot/cold balance valve on sink was out of whack- no cold water available. The body gel dispenser was empty. This property needs to up its attention to detail.

Hotel is near the Northbrook Court mall and nice restaurants. Plenty of parking and there's a nice little pool. I thought the pool was gonna be bigger, but for a small hotel I was okay with it. The outside lounge area looks like it hasn't been used for a while since the cushions were a little dirty...other than that it was great. Staff was friendly and we were taken care of.
