Staff was awesome. Free parking. Room outdated and a little smelly at first.

We attended a wedding in Naperville and stayed here. It was close, convenient and comfortable. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast the most, but also liked watching the Hawkeye game and playing pool in the common area. The beds were a bit firm for my liking and the pillows were flat, but the room was nice and served its purpose. I truly enjoyed the fresh cookies every night, and my kids enjoyed them even more. The front desk was so nice and always greeted us with a smile. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to others because it was very well kept and close to many fun restaurants.

It's what we would expect with what we paid. Some Tile work could be useful.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Great stay for a great price.

The hotel was great! Hordeurv available when I arrived, cute little bar, free popcorn, good breakfast! Was a perfect location close to my conference and more cost effective! Rooms were a great size! Staff friendly!

We were in town for a funeral. Everything was easy. No hassles. Hot breakfast was excellent and greatly appreciated. Special kudos to desk staff. Very helpful with local info and helping us with our airline complications.

Very nice area quite and low key not the rush in Chicago area. Close to all the needs you need when you are away on vacation.

We arrived to checkin at 5 pm on a Friday after driving 3 hours from Wisconsin in heavy traffic. Waited 10 minutes with no one at the front desk to check us in . We had to leave for a family reunion so we arrived back to check in at 9:30 pm. We asked for a quiet room and Brian tried hard to find one, unfortunately it was a connecting room next to a family with screamming kids. They arrived into their room at 10 pm screaming down the hall. We asked the mom if they could keep it down as we were in bed already. Her kids screamed until midnight. We called them, we pounded on the door, we asked the night man to talk with them and he finally came back again and heard them. The next day our room keys were deactivated when we were getting home tired and we had to walk again to the front desk. If my family was not staying there, I likely would not come back. Finally the second morning, a father was encouraging his 3 young kids under age 5 to run down the hall to let out steam. I poked my head in the hall and said, " We can hear you and we are still sleeping." He finally took them away. If you want paper thin walls, disrupted sleep and screaming kids..stay here.

Although I didn't realize I was reserving a non-suite room the front staff were very helpful and upgraded my room for just a small additional fee per night. Breakfast every morning was good and they did a nice job making sure there were new options everyday, along with the regular waffles and cereal. The fitness room was very nice, clean and machines in good working order. Didn't have a chance to swim but the pool room was kept clean with plenty of towels. The rooms do show a little bit of age but are generally well maintained. The only outlet near the nightstands was behind the bed, which was a bit inconvenient. Connecting to guest wireless could be confusing since there were multiple legitimate Country Inn wireless networks to choose from with varying signal strengths. The heating and cooling was easily controlled with a wall thermostat and came from an overhead duct instead of the units by the window that constantly blow on you. Overall I would stay here again because of the value, service and my overall positive experience.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast not very good - it could be simple with better ingredients. No need for frozen eggs benedict.

nice hotel - like the little bar. great staff, friendly and helpful

Hotel stay was great. We loved the complimentary breakfast! Would recommend to others.

was there for a business trip and the hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. room was always clean, and there was nothing to complain about. nice stay for a nice price. quality

The hotel was very clean and the beds seemed like they were new. The staff was very helpful and the morning breakfast was just the right combination to get you going in the morning.

Very nice - Great Breakfast!

Hotel was close to DuPage County Arboreatom and Children's Museum, as well as restaurants and shopping. Location was in a very pleasant setting with vast green space but still near sopping and restaurants. The hotel provided a great continental breakfast and plenty of room to set and enjoy. Check-in and check-out were super fast.

Hotel is nice, staff is friendly, rooms are a bit dated, but not bad at all. Gym and hot tub a bit small and need a bit of updating. Unfortunetly for those who use Orbits and are business travelers you do not get reward points, even if you pay the same as company website. For me its give up orbits or points. Lets face it point and frequent status benifits often make the decision between which hotel to use.

Great location; close to tollway, restaurants, and stores. Hotel is well laid out and fairly quiet even on Saturday night. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast buffet is good and included hot eggs/sausage. Rooms are in good shape, clean, and well maintained. Only one small item was the HVAC is centrally fed with cold water piping/individual control fan speed/temp that seems to give the rooms a slight mustiness but was not that bothersome to us (this was my second stay and both rooms had the same mustiness).

It was just fine, we had no issues.

Good location in business park. Minutes from Naperville's nice downtown area. Breakfast buffet was good. Nice lounge. Clean rooms. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaints were: 1) noise that sounded like shower running next door (but wasn't) all night, 2) tub took about 10 minutes to drain the ankle deep water before next person could use it.
