Very good hotel. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.

In Chicago for a graduate degree. Hotel was a quiet respite. Particularly appreciated the woman from Uganda who was in charge of the breakfast bar.

Hot tub did not work, but nice place for the price.

Called ahead to make sure there was complimentary shuttle and free parking- was assured there was. When I checked in was told the shuttle to the airport would be $10. Ok. Then told me I could leave my car parked there and get the return shuttle only if I was staying the night we returned. (I stayed at other hotels before where they had no problems shuttling us both ways and parking for free.) So ended up driving to and parking at the airport which defeated the sole purpose of that hotel stay for me . They told me it was because I booked through Orbitz. Disappointed.

We enjoyed our stay, my only compliant is that there was no fridge in our room. This being a pricey motel, you would expect a fridge.

Woke up to renovation on the floor. Loud. Staff in hallway arguing. Missing lightbulbs in all lamps; staff replaced three but unable to put light in the bathroom light (above mirror- still another bathroom switch but not as bright in the bathroom). Warning: breakfast not complimentary

Found this hotel to be very pleasant and the breakfast was fresh. I would stay here again if in the area.

We arrived at 2pm at the hotel, and a staff at the front assigned a room at 1st floor. There was an event nearby in the hotel, and we could not sleep until the end of the event around 4am. Even worse, they suddenly gave us wakeup call at 7am without any notice. After that, our key was deactivated, and we could not enter our room. Hotel staffs insisted that we caused the problem because we put the card near wallet or cell phone. However, we did do that at all. Anyway, without any apology, we left. Horrible hotel. Please do not go here.

Loved our stay. I called ahead to submit a special request and the fact they were able to accommodate, made the stay even better. The pool was opened until midnight. Took advantage, we loved the pool and jacuzzi. The breakfast the next day, it was delicious and we had a lot of options. It was quiet and were able to sleep. We will definitely go back.

It was great for my four family. It was very comportable as well as very frendly with the front.

I made the reservation only to have a comfortable place to sleep within close proximity to my work after coming off from a 12 hour overnight work. Due also to extreme weather condition, I did not want to drive 40 miles home and then be back to work that same afternoon. I walked in around 10am and very very friendly hotel employee greeted me with a big smile and I asked if there's a possibility of early check in so that I could get enough sleep for the next 12 hour overnight work schedule for that same afternoon. She openly responded "no problem" and that the room was ready. When I saw how clean and nice the way the room looks, I knew I was in the right place to get comfortable. I slept for about 5 hours and went to work that same afternoon until the following morning when I went back for a great breakfast. I went to sleep for a couple hours before I checked out late and headed home. What a great stay with definite comfort, great food, and great and awesome staff.

Hotel was great. Check in was quick and easy. The room was very comfortable and couple of good places to eat with in walking distance. Breakfast was ok. The eggs were slightly cold and it would have been great to have microwave to heat up breakfast sandwich. The location was easy to get to shopping and lots of great eateries

Quiet hotel. Staff was very helpful giving us information on how and where to get on the CTA in Chicago to get into city without driving. Good breakfast choices.

The studio suite was just right for 3 women. It was so clean and there were awesome touches like fancy folded towels, and plenty of pillows. The breakfast buffet satisfied, and the beds were comfortable. (Even the sleeper sofa:) The only reasons I couldn't give it 5 stars are that the bathroom door hit the front of the toilet, and the hot tub's jets were sporadic. The service was good. Probably the most consistently nice group we encountered on our Chicago visit.

not great for for airport stays
