Never again - felt cheated - unfair trade practice - false advertisement As we checked in, the person at desk politely said they are out of soap totally and provided us with extra shampoo - okay! When the shower was used, water don’t drain well and you end up and standing soapy pool of water- and once done, the entire set of towels they had given was soggy! From A/C Over night or whatever. Called front desk and she was casually saying by 9:30 AM only they can give new towels for the family. It was clearly advertised continental breakfast included - guess what? Nothing - nada - zilch. Felt cheated. Never again!
Have them define "free airport shuttle " we waited 2 hours on the curb at airport while they sorted it out. No shuttle back to the airport.
Worst Hotel. Bad service. Respect less staff. Bad room conditions. Not so friendly to stay in.
The room was nice big area great towels also freshly smelling covers. Only thing i didnt like was ATM OLD OUT OF DATE MODEL FEEL LIKE IT A SECURITY THREAT
The room has garbage from the last guest. The hallways and common areas weren't very clean. Breakfast was pretty much gone 1/2 hour before the stated closing time.
Front desk lady was slow with her work and then she gave us the dirty room, i came back and requested for a new room, that wasn't clean enough either, towel seemed like they were not freshly washed.
Staff was nice but, our room smelled so much like smoke they had to give us febreeze and it only made it worse😔
No way to close curtains in room. Never ever had a hotel room anywhere that didn't have this facility. Abysmal for privacy at night with lights on. Coffee maker in the bathroom? Why? In case you get thirsty dropping the kids off at the pool and you get stuck in traffic? Bed was rock hard.
Thankful for airport shuttle. Interior could use some updates
