Exactly what I needed after a day of traveling. Very helpful and lovely staff. Best water pressure in the shower. And the bed was so comfortable. Will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed being close to the airport but did not appreciate being woken up during the night when i had an early flight.

The staff were so helpful and the room was big and beautiful! The shuttle will be called by the stuff and you won't wait for more than 20 minutes

Was exactly what we were looking for. Close to rental car return and very close to airport. The room we were in had a super comfortable king bed, a recliner, desk with chair, fridge, microwave, two burner stove top, coffee maker, etc. For price comfort and convenience, couldn't easily be beat.

I love staying here! The staff is very friendly and the suites with full kitchen are really great. Lots of desk space, an easy chair and comfortable bed. There is even a 'library' room where you can check out small appliances, games and other handy and entertaining things. Laundry machines are free! I have stayed hear numerous times and love it.

This hotel is inexpensive and very clean. It is my go to hotel for before and after a trip. It offers complimentary shuttle to and from the airport. The hotel has full size fridge, dishwasher, and stove in the rooms. The wifi is quick and free, and the front desk offers a movie lending library. I highly recommend it for families and people on a budget , going to O'hare, or for an extended stay.

Hotel is clean with friendly staff. Hotel room has a modern feel.

We chose this hotel for our quick 1 night trip to Chicago. Overall, the price was a good deal but the airport shuttle was horrible. We waited for 45+ minutes each time just for the shuttle to show up. Then it was another 15-20 minutes to get to the hotel. The long wait really messed up our schedule since this was such a short stay. Also, I marked non smoking as my preference and we received a smoking room. The room's smoke smell was so strong, our clothing actually started to smell from it.

Felt experience was a good one. I most appreciated the suite environment.

The room was very clean. I would definetly stay there again

Location is a little out of the way, but easy to get find.

Fast shuttle. Particularly pleasant staff. Walk to a great convenience store withe everything. Closer to Ohare.

Easy access to the airport worked great for a nights stay and easy departure.

what's good: personnel, room idea, kitchenette, close to airport, shuttle, internet in the room, clean bathroom what needs improvement: bed, bed bed - it is very flimsy; size said queen but it was smaller and the mattress was soft; con: noise; located near the road; if your windows are on the quiet side, it's good; if they are facing the road, it's not

I stayed in a non-smoking room with what was supposed to be a Queen size bed, priced at $74/night. I liked the ergonomic layout and that for an extended stay it would be great to do some basic cooking if you are on a budget and can't afford dining at costly restaurants or have no dime looking for diners. There are enough utensils and dishes for 2 people, one small cooking pot, and a coffee maker. Nice window on the 4th floor gives you an apartment feel. With all that said, now what needs improvement: 1. Coffee machine was leaking all over and made a mess on the counter; all appliances need checked every time the rooms are cleaned and reported promptly to the managers so the replacement is done promptly as well 2. The AC /heater unit is terribly loud. When i checked into the room, the temp was high and i wanted the air to cool down a bit by pressing the button on thermostat. The thermostat is confusing and doesn't show the right digits - instead of 2 degrees lower, it shows you 2 degrees higher and you have to try several times. Then the AC unit turns on and makes massive noise to cool the temps, so i turned it off altogether and waited for the room to chill. 3. The bed: it wasn't a Queen size bed as stated; it was a Full size bed, which is rather small for 2 people. 4. The mattresses are low quality; the bed is shaky but ok for one person to sleep for one night. Honestly, there is so much room in the alcove where the bed is stationed that it could be easily a true sized queen or even a king size bed. Something has got to be done about the mattresses to match them up to the other hotels' beds since it's the one thing you would expect to be decent since rest is the most necessary while you travel and work. So, i'd highly recommend to reconsider the size of the bed and the quality of the mattresses. 5. Finally, the dishwasher is a waste since there are very few plates to wash, but it is taking room. Perhaps it would be more reasonable to replace it with a laundry washer/drier as one, but i know it'd be pushing for luck :) 6. i still think it'd be good to have a hot breakfast included in the price and have a basic breakfast parlor in the hotel ; it'd be good for people to meet in the morning and share breakfast - just oatmeal, tea, coffee, muffins, the usual... Ordering food is as expensive as dining out unless it's pizza and who wants to eat that... :) All in all, the hotel is decent for an extended stay if you don't mind a smaller bed with a so so mattress. As to prices, they are probably ok, considering the number of things they stuff the room with. Bottom line: I might try it again. On the other hand, I'd probably opt for a lesser priced motel with a great bed and hot breakfast on the premises because basically you are paying more for the kitchenette, and if you really need it, then it's your place.

Our room was clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was great for us close to the airport and free parking. I would stay again.

The best hotel for that price. My third time staying here will be back! Very modern and clean

The hotel is close to O'hare and there is a free shuttle service for guests. Room was clean and the staff friendly. Business center was great. Overall I enjoyed the hotel, although if you don't have a car keep in mind nothing is within walking distance, including restaurants, and taxis are ridiculously expensive.

Absolutely wonderful. 2nd time I've stayed at this hotel & I will stay again if I am in that area. Value for room is incredible; I love the kitchen, fitness facility & laundry. Always very clean!!!

I didn't expect such a great room for the price. It had more than I could have asked for. The place was wonderfully quiet, clean as could be, staff that was always pleasant and helpful. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the great kitchen facillities. I will surely stay there again if we head into Chicago. We were there to see Andrea Bocchelli at the Allstate Arena. Perfect proximity.
