It looked like it needed a serious makeover. Carpet felt dirt under my feet. Doors looked very old.

The room was just ok. The sink faucet in the bathroom was splattering all around, the shower was dripping water all night, one of the walls in the bedroom was really dirty with stains. the room was really dark. The furniture was newer and the room seamed to be clean. Breakfast was good. The shuttle to the airport was convenient. For the price, I would not stay again.

Courteous, polite, and accommodating.. breakfast was warm and plentiful.

We got trapped unexpectedly in Chicago for a night due to weather and the BW was one of the few affordable places to stay. It filled up quickly but they never missed a beat. Great free shuttle to and from the airport, breakfast was fresh and had a good selection; room was very clean and comfortable

Nidia at checkin was very helpful in getting my Uber driver to come back so I could retrieve a wallet I left in his car.

900+ flight cancellations at O’Hare. Was fortunate to get a room at this Best Western., near the airport. Everyone, from the shuttle drivers to the front-desk personnel to housekeeping , etc. was friendly, polite, and so helpful. It was a madhouse with people trying to get rooms and all employees handled the crowds and phone calls with a smile. Very comfortable rooms, immaculate, with fridge. Breakfast was great too. Highly recommend!

I liked that the rooms were nice and clean, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast was good and it was easy to check in when I got to the hotel. My only complaint is the shuttle service. It took an hour and a half for me to be able to get on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They came once, left me because there wasn’t room (even though I was there before others that got on the bus) and then I was stuck at the airport for another hour.

I appreciated the price of this location. It was close to the airport and offered many services. The staff was super helpful, our room was clean, and breakfast was good. The one and only thing I could say, which was a MINOR issue, was that we were across from the ice and vending machines and could hear the few uses at night. Nothing to prevent us from staying again, but I would likely request a room away from there next time! :)

Service and people are great!! Hotel is a good 15 minutes from airport and not much as far as restaurants within walking distance. Property is nice and appeared well maintained.

Shuttle to and from airport. Clean. Comfortable bed. Updated bathroom. Everything we needed after missing connecting flight.

Keep up the good work. Nice and safe area. Very clean. Professional staff. Clean rooms. Good breakfast.

Good value for the money. Beds were squeaking all night.

Away enough from airport (30 min) to spend a quiet evening on a over night layover. Included breakfast and Free airport shuttle is a definite plus. Although there isn't any restaurants on site delivery from nearby restaurants is available. Clean & confortable room.

Great staff, room was very clean and only 15 minutes away fron airport.

Nice hotel. Helpful staff. Good collection offered in breakfast.

I liked that the rooms were nice and clean, especially the bathrooms. The breakfast was good and it was easy to check in when I got to the hotel. My only complaint is the shuttle service. It took an hour and a half for me to be able to get on the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. They came once, left me because there wasn’t room (even though I was there before others that got on the bus) and then I was stuck at the airport for another hour.
