No breakfast as advertised, only two towels in a room with two double beds and additional $5 per towel if needed. Only two pillows per bed so it's not accommodate me because I have a back pain and usually need at least two. The heater unit isn't working properly (not blowing hot enough heat eventhough push the setting all the wayup).Upon checking out I was told their iron is missing from the room and hold my deposit until they resolved with the person who last checking the room. Wasn't a good experience at this place.

The room was dirty- hairs on towels, dust on furniture, mold in bathroom, bugs. Remote didn't work, "breakfast" was one prepackaged pastry and coffee/concentrate oj. Soda machine didn't work, no elevator. Lots of street noise, cops showed up first night and stayed for hours. Staff was rude and I was overcharged.

What a shock. Our room while prefect was recently remodeled and look GREAT. No bad smells, nothing that we expected for a budget priced hotel. We will be back again as we travel to the area often and frankly saving the cash compared to other options costing over twice as much is WORTH IT!

Place was priced as much as the Hilton but was definitely not the same caliber. I would not stay here again.I'm not a high maintenance person, just wanted a place to sleep for the night.

Front desk was not very hospitable or amicable. People next door arguing and we could hear everything meaning very thin walls and that the staff did nothing about it.

The bed wasn't comfortable, too soft! Bathroom fan's noice sounded like a helicopter was coming!

Room was clean and the furniture was modern and well lit!

There was no shampoo or soap in the room. Reception person was friendly but the Checkin process took too long.

Very good hotel, best location for my needs. Spent two nights and could not be more pleased. Thank you!
