Soooo close to great shopping & great restaurants! Very comfortable hotel, staff was very friendly & helpful... Thank you Maggie!!!

The hotel is very close to Michigan Ave. Very convenient parking. The staff was extremely helpful! Holly was a lifesaver. I booked my room for the wrong night and she was able to fix everything!!! She saved our trip. Rooms are modern and very clean.

Charged for unknown expenses but the experience itself was nice and close proximity to everything

Hotel was under construction but the staff went out of there way to be certain we were comfortable. I thought that parking was included but it was not, still the staff split the cost and made the surprise a little easier to accept. We would return to this location is we visit Chicago again.

Was awesome experince with rush hotel. Staffs was very friendly and comfortable bad. Will be back

It was a nice stay, the hotel was going through some kind of construction, so it was loud during the day. The neighborhood was great.

Location was great but was a little pricey considering they were in the middle of renovating and under a lot of construction. I'm sure the sheets and comforters were clean but I did notice some stains that the wash didn't remove. The staff was very apologetic about that and provided us with new sheets and offered to remake the bed for us. It was a beautiful room and I do like the new look.

The location was great. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was friendly and willing to help with whatever. The parking was expensive, but that was to be figured. The only negative thing was that the room smelt like smoke.

Great location right in the middle of the Mag. Mile. Comfortable, clean hotel, nothing fancy, but a great value for being in the heart of downtown.

I've stayed in many many Chicago hotels and this is by, far, the best hotel for families. It is not luxurious, but clean, cozy, and roomy (if you book a room with a sofa bed). They have a great little pool that is perfect for kids (max depth is about 4 feet), they also have a small gym and a nice little lounge with tables, couches, and a TV. This hotel's location is absolutely perfect. Right across the street from the Grand Lux cafe, an empty mini fridge that you can fill with goodies from Trader Joe's, and one block from Michigan Avenue.

With the prime location we never needed to walk or travel to far to find something fun to do! Definitely worth it!

-The location is pristine. -The rooms and common areas could not have been cleaner. -The staff we interacted with were great. -A little pricey in general. -Staff was great about extending our checkout time by 1.5 hours. -Amenities could use a boost: pool is nothing to write home about (shallow, small, a little too cold) and it closes too early (10pm on a Saturday night); could use a hot tub and/or sauna; the outside courtyard has no view; fitness center is small; TV doesn't have many channels. -Overall a good experience, but a little more in the amenities area and it would have been great!

We have stayed at this hotel before and will probably stay again in the future. Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Views aren't anything to write home about, but it's Chicago...your not there to look at it from your room. With that being said, the location is close to many amenities including the Magnificent Mile. "Validated Parking" does not mean what it does to the rest of us and has risen from $40 to $50 since our last visit.

This hotel wasn't what I was expecting from the hotel room pictures. The bed was clean and bathroom, so I was pleased with that at least. You can't beat the location though. The hotel was close to restaurants, public transportation, and a brief walk to tourist attractions. The personnel was nice. I'm torn on recommending this hotel. I paid more than I would like to for the accommodations, but the location was perfect. If you can live with less than perfect stay there.

It was a nice big room. Clean over all, but it was a deluxe room and it was very simple. Nice view and it can be more fancy.

Nice hotel staff is nice but I don't like the fact that you have to use your key every time you use the elevator and that every time I had a visitor I had to go down and swipe my card for them to get up so I would not return back but overall it's a nice hotel and great location

all the staff treats you like family. have stayed here on different occasions and have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I planned a surprised night out with my lil girls and they had a wonderful time, loved the pool and fitness center. It was very nice last minute getaway for the nite. Definitely will be back soon, especially for the price in the downtown area.....

Inside room was off street - away from noise very reasonable rates - so a +
