Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel

Was totally happy with this room and the hotel as a whole. Conveniently located to the monorail which made it easy to get to Disneyland and to the subway/train station. And one of the stops at the monorail also took you to the mall, which gave you many options for food. Staff was really nice. Although we did not use many of the facilities at the hotel everything looked really nice. Requested a room to overlook Disney as totally enjoyed watching fireworks from our room. And they had a wonderful Disney store located in the lobby that helped with shopping.

The last time we stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay Hotel, the location & experience wasn't close to what we had with the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel. The staff was much friendlier, the rooms were not outdated or felt run down and the hotel was much cleaner than the Hilton. What made our stay even better was the price we paid for what we got! Will definitely stay here again when we visit Tokyo DL & DS!

The friendly staff upgraded our room and took our photo when they learned it was our honeymoon.

The location is fabulous - it would be a great place to stay for a Disney holiday as the hotel itself has many amenities: a fabulous swimming pool, mini-golf and game rooms. The restaurants looked fabulous as did their buffet. I would definitely stay here again!

We have searched all the prices for all the Disney hotels and we found Sheraton has the best value. The location is great and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room on the 8th floor and the room was very clean and big for Tokyo standard. The food was expensive at the hotel. We found that it's cheaper to eat at the restaurants in Disneyland and Disneysea. The Japanese restaurant at Disneyland was a lot cheaper than the hotel. It was about 25 usd for a set meal. The indoor pool is free but no photos allowed, ha! We had a great stay and plan to go back in the future.

Close to Tokyo Disney yet not all the hub-bub of a Disney Hotel. Excellent staff. Meals a bit expensive for a family. Easy transportation to the major airports.

This hotel is great for the Disney trip. We didn't travel with kids, but I can see this hotel being great for little ones as well. We wished the fitness center was more updated and that food options would open earlier, but other than that, we were very happy with this hotel choice, and would choose it again in a heartbeat. The location is awesome - a one minute walk to the monorail station!

wonderful hotel, the staff were very helpful, leaving luggage was easy while we went of to disneyland and came back to it in our room, great location to disneyland, easy transfer from airport to hotel, great bus service and mono rail around disneyland. the kids had a blast. highly recommend.

picked hotel due to convenient location and disney shuttle service. perfect hotel for kids (play area/hamster trail, awesome game room, work out area, in door pool, american style breakfast buffet, cute family room with endless toiletries.) beautiful view of Tokyo Bay. People friendly and want to assist. media center with 24 hour access to web. Convenient for airport shuttle service.

Upon checking in, we noticed that [...] had not not included an advertised free option with our room reservation. The front desk staff tried as hard as possible to accommodate us. In the end, there was nothing they could do about [...] mistake but went out of their way to find the telephone number for us to get in contact directly. We were first given a family themed room for children. Though the room had a nice view of Disney Sea, it wasn't especially comfortable for us as we don't have kids. We called the front desk to see what they could do and they immediately upgraded us to a nice room on the top floor. The only downside to this hotel is that the restaurants are very expensive, and some of the rooms and public areas could be a tad cleaner.

The service was very, very good, but the food bad. The Sunday breakfast buffet at this hotel is really bad. It took me three attempts to send my bread through the toaster before I finally got the toast I wanted. And this was with all the controls set to maximum levels. After getting my toast just right I started down the buffet line only to have one of the kitchen staff bump my toast off of my plate on to the floor. Of course, at this point I was pretty upset. He appologized and said he would bring me new toast. As I continued down the line I noticed that the sunny side eggs were cold and crusted around the edges. The scrambled eggs and pre-prepared plain omeletes were all runny. There was no omelete station or alternative to what was provided. All of the breakfast meats were boiled. No crispy bacon or pan fried sausages. Finally, I selected the only leafy vegetable salad they had and it was cabage marinated in salt and mixed with a Ceasar salad dressing. It was really bad!!! As I sat to enjoy my wonderful breakfast I quickly realizing that the only good item at the buffet was the orange juice. I don't recommend this buffet for the western travelers. I suppose the Japanese love it for there was a Japanese man the next table over putting at least a dozen sweet rolls in his bag to take home. What a place!

Our whole family enjoyed staying there and it was in walking distance to the disney monorail, although we did occasionally take the short hotel bus ride. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was larger than we had expected. We would definitely stay there again.
