Don't book a room from the Garden Wing Annex Building. The area looks an abandoned, dumped building. Beds were like box springs, very uncomfortable. Main building and lobby is nicer. Thank you for Ota_good customer service, the receptionist that helped us changed room . Lots of variety in buffet breakfast. Too many Asian tourists.

I enjoyed the onsen. Also, the older massage lady was very good

This hotel was excellent. There was a nice shuttle to the train station, the mall and the airport. The hotel bath was very nice too. There was a nice variety of restaurants in the hotel plus a breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet. The staff was fantastic, polite and attentive.

Enjoyed my one night in this fantastic place - everything in order and immaculate. Also, everything I need is there. Will come back someday!

I was returning from a funeral and did not pay attention to my itenarary and realized I was staying 18 hours in Tokyo. At the last minute through Orbitz I booked a room here. What a baragain and what polite efficient staff. I overslept and they kindly woke me up to check out. And I stayed about 1 hr longer than I should and I was not charged.

Coach available from Ginza to the hotel lobby for 1000yen. Handy free shuttle bus to the airport. Room was clean and modern; must've been recently renovated.

The Hotel is big and has restaraunts. The staff is very helpful. Prices are great. They provide a bus that goes to the airport as well!!!

Just place to crash for one day since I had lay over...never got full experience... had to change rooms but overall not to bad!!!

The hotel buffet was crazy expensive and not very good. Room was very dated but not too bad. TV only had 6 or 7 channels. Shuttle was very prompt and easy to deal with.

This was my second, and won't-be-the-last, stay at this Narita View Hotel. My daughter and I took The ACCESS Narita, a direct 1000-yen bus service from Tokyo Station to the Narita Area hotels (more info available on hotel's website) and arrived at the hotel around 8 pm. The room we had was clean, comfortable, and incredibly quiet, even though it's just miles away from one of the busiest airports in Japan. Kudos to the hotel staff who have been working hard to make it all possible. What surprised me in a pleasant way was the newly installed natural hot spring bath on the Basement level. Unfortunately, it was not free to all guests, but the price I paid for (1,000 yen) for a night and a morning baths was pretty reasonable compared to public bathhouses in Tokyo area. The quality of the hot water was so good that I felt totally refreshed and energized for my next week-long trip to Hokkaido. Loved the mist sauna! The breakfast next morning was awesome, too. I mainly went for Japanese dishes, including a bowl of delicious rice porridge, which was a great choice for a person like me who is on a low-carb diet. They had something for everybody. I saw they even served a grilled steak on demand, which I found quite extraordinary for a breakfast buffet like that. (Please note that the steak might not have been available all the time. We went there in mid-August, when a lot of Japanese go on vacation and travel overseas. ) All in all, an excellent stay. Recommended!

Good place to stay if you need an overnight near the airport. It is about 20 min. They have a free ahuttle that runs on time. Plus they have a shuttle to the mall where you can get anything you need including a variety of food options. Chinese restaurant on site was reasonably priced and good. The other options were expensive and was not appealing to us as Americans.

Shuttle bus was very convenient. Takes about 20 min. Room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was free in the room however not very stable and quite slow. Overall recommendable.

From check-in to check-out, a great place to stay just before an early morning flight out of Narita

I booked a late check-in and early check-out. The free airport shuttle is convenient. It's only ~10 minutes from NRT. The room is not as spacious as in the US but can sleep up to 3 people. The staffs are polite. There is convenient shop which is good to get simple meal or snack.

This is a fantastic getaway for one or a multitude... It's the perfect hotel at the perfect price... The amenities are awesome... I would recommend this hotel to everyone!
