Close to the airport. Beds were horribly uncomfortable and the hotel is very outdated. Didn't get a good night's sleep because of the hard mattresses. Door had no sound proofing.
For an airport hotel it was very quiet and relaxing. They are undergoing renovations as the rooms are a little outdated, but for the price you can't complain. The beds were very comfortable. This was the only hotel (out of 4 that we stayed in) in Japan where all the facilities were in the same room, i.e. bath, sink, toilet, and with 3 of us sharing it made things a little busy in the morning. You can literally walk here from the airport with no trouble, it's maybe a 5 minute walk, but there is also a free shuttle available.
It was a wonderful stay! Great breakfast! Comfortable rooms! Nice to take a hot shower after 13 hour flight!
No room service menu, couldn't control the room temperature. Restaurant was excellent, staff accommodating
This hotel isn’t anything to write home about but as far as getting a hotel close to Narita, you can’t beat it.
Convenient, inexpensive, comfortable, and hassle free.
Needed a room close to the airport for a brief stay. Perfect. No frills, but exactly what wss needed after a long 10+hour flight.
Easy access to airport and railway station, bus station and family mart store in basement of airport.
Nice clean facilities that met my needs for a one night stop-over.
The building is in desparate need of refurbishing. The carpets are dirty and the walls dinged pretty badly. But we got what we really wanted, a quiet ,dark room with a clean comfortable bed as close to the airport as possible. And that we had. I will stay there again.
