International Garden Hotel Narita

3.5 out of 5.0

The room was plain but spacious with a bath much bigger than a hotel that had cost twice as much. The buffet dinner had a reasonable senior rate and a good variety.

Shuttle services to and from the airport as well as the train station were very convenient.

Everything about this hotel was VERY good EXCEPT I didn't realize there was no free internet access. I seriously dislike paying for internet access. This hotel charged 110 yen (approx $10.00). The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

You could easily do a 2-3 night vacation at this hotel (has outdoor hot tub) and in this area - lots of stuff to see nearby. And its very near Narita airport - convenient!

The hotel was great, quiet and clean. I was impressed and would stay here again.

It was a nice, clean, affordable hotel with friendly staff. Simple and acceptable room - bed is comfortable. There was also a bus that will take us from the hotel-airport and hotel-shopping area (round trips). However, it's a bit far from the airport - I'd say about 40 mins drive each way. It's very good if you are looking for a value quick stay hotel but if you need to rush to get back to the airport might not be a good option.

This hotel is so convenient for in/out of airport Narita. Easy free shuttle to/from airport & Shinkasen station. Very clean, nice lobby to hang out, but not much option for meals. I would book it again.

staff is nice and help you a lot. It is really a good deal for us to stay for a night.

Good hotel. Clean room and bathroom. Not like some American Hotel of the same cost. The staff is very cordial yet the restaurant is quite pricey.

The hotel was clean, well priced, and convenient. The staff was polite and friendly. One of the primary perks of this hotel is its free airport shuttle. The shuttle is especially welcomed when you arrive late evening after an overseas flight looking for a place to rest. The drive from the airport to the hotel was about 15 minutes. The rooms were small compared to U.S. sized hotels, but that is to be expected in Japan where accommodations are much smaller than in western countries. I recommend this hotel to anyone arriving late in Japan and wanting to do away with riding to Tokyo the same evening. The same recommendation applies if you need a place to sleep before your departure flight.

Great for a night! Go to Narita City for more food selections. Staff are wonderful.

Nice room on 8th floor. Excellent shuttle service to Narita town , airport, and mall. Complimentary wifi in lobby. Pleasant staff. Would definitely stay there again.

Check in staff was first rate, friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. I appreciated the "yukata" to wear.

Nice hotel close to airport. Free shuttle stops at three hotels. Takes about 50 minutes. A/C works great. Mattress fairly hard, the way I like them. Large room. If you're doing lots of sightseeing in Tokyo, might not be best to stay here. Takes quite awhile to get to Tokyo and is expensive. Other than that, a very nice hotel.

Went for a one-night stay. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room itself was cozy and clean. Great stay.

unfriendly staff and bad location. I wouldn't recommended to anyone

We stayed here for one night after a long flight from Los Angeles and the stay was nice. The room was a nice size for two people, comfortable, and clean. All in all it was a great stay to unwind.

Big rooms, no noise at all, good bus service, shoping center nearby

VERY CLEAN. NICE STAFF. SHORT DISTANCES TO AIRPORT OR SHOPPING/DINING. ALL THEY NEED IS A COFFEE MACHINE IN THE ROOM.

We stayed in the hotel for only one night due to flight connection on the next day. We landed Narita late in the night and the shuttle bus took over 30 minutes to reach the hotel. The shuttle bus was shared by another two hotels. Garden hotel is the last stop in the route. The hotel room is clean. Size is okay. The food in the restaurant is not so good. My son had the pasta with meat sauce. Even he was very hungry, he didn't like it and was not willing to finish it. I had the seafood curry. The dish is very small and the taste is just ok.
