no Internet. It is one of the most modern countries in the world. and it is one of the most famous hotel chains in the world. internet time not

Was great. I still need a receipt from stay so I can complete travel documents

Everything was acceptable for a quick overnight layover. Not far from airport, but not close to anything else. Airport shuttles are only available at certain times.

Location is amazing. Service expectacular!!!!! Will recommend and we will be back!!!!!

Convenient hotel for a quick overnight and back to the airport. Room was comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was very expensive even with the discount. We decided to eat something at the airport instead. Otherwise quite a beautiful place.

Very Good Experience. Staff were very helpful. Clean and comfortable. Hotel located near airport, train and shuttle service.

unmemorable. no complaints. That sort of says it all.

I have arrived at Narita Airport at 11::00 pm and there was still shuttle to pick me up and escort me to the hotel. Furthermore, the quality of hotel is good. But I wish it can provide free wifi to customers in rooms.( Free wifi only in lobby)

Good location if you are taking a flight from Narita--shuttle helps. Big room but attention details is somewhat less than other Japanes hotels. Yucata supplied was torn although clean. Did not find a sheet under the comforter--we were not sure comforter was cleaned after every guest. Other than these, I would have given them a "5".

tiny room, food very disappointing, although in Japan it was like being back in the US at a cheap hotel except for the service.

After 15 plus hours inflight this hotel comes to the rescue with a good gym, great pool/jacuzzi and Japanese style ofuro/ steam room. However unless you are Honors silver, it will cost 1500 yen/ person! Rooms are comfortable, restaurant options ok ($20 for a burger!) but there is a combini in the lobby for cheaper take out. $5 happy hour at lounge bargreat. Shuttle bus redundant going back and forth between terminals/hotels. Find rate around $100 - great deal.

Once I got off the plane I had no difficulty finding the hotel shuttle which runs from each terminal twice every hour. Shuttles also run from the hotel to the terminals, local metro station, and shopping. My room was very clean and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The only thing I was disappointed with was that Wifi was not complimentary and is charged by the day (why I dinged the review on amenities). The gym downstairs was a definite plus and not something you'll find in the lower priced airport hotels. The staff were very friendly and overall I'd say the hotel was worth the extra $30 over Tobu which I have also stayed at.

It is a great hotel with great service. Nothing to complain except it was not easy to find a good dinner restaurant (the breakfast was great though).

I did not stay by myself. However, my mother said it was great to stay here and said like this subject title. Considering her vast experience for staying good hotels, I think this hotel is nice.

We stayed one night as our trip to recover from the long flight as our trip took us from Narita to Ueda. We reserved 2 rooms because they don't have rooms for 4 however I think all 4 of us could have fit in one room/bed (2 children 2 adults). Other than that it was a very comfortable stay and beautiful hotel.

The Hilton Narita is a good hotel close to Tokyo NRT airport. It is clean and comfortable, and just a shuttle bus away. The best part is their amazing room windows which block out 100% of the aircraft noise. I am not sure how they did that, but it works! We watched airplanes taking off and landing without being able to hear anything. Internet is expensive (About $20) but it can be free if you are a Hilton Gold member. The room upgrade gets you a slightly larger room and a view of the runway.

Overall my experience was favorable. Japan is just an expensive country. I guess if you can deal with that, then everything will be fine. The staff was very helpful. The overall hotel was clean. I think that the internet prices should definitely be adjusted. $20 per day for internet these days, in my opinion, is ridiculous. I rate this hotel a B-, mostly due to the outrageous prices. breakfast buffet like $40 per person, dinner buffet $70 per person. Ha!. the positive was that the shuttle to the mall and downtown narita was free! cuz that can be expensive in taxi

It was nice. Nicer than other hotels in the area. The buffet was very expensive though, and not that good. I also was disappointed that there was no WiFi in the hotel. But the room was nice and comfortable. I liked that. For the price I paid for the hotel, I felt like it was a good value.

Convenient to airport with free shuttle. Buffet breakfast was nice. Availablility of a "relaxation treatment" massage was a really nice plus- especially after lugging around baggage etc and sleeping on a plane. Extra charge for internet.

The hotel is conveniently located, 15 minutes from the airport by shuttle bus. Shuttle busses run every 20 minutes. Rooms are okay, however below standard of other Hilton Hotels.
