The ANA Crowne Plaza Narita is a wonderful travelers hotel. I would recommend it to anyone that is flying in to Narita late or flying out early. The airport shuttle is big and comfortable. While the hotel is near the airport, it isn't convenient to a train station (except at the Narita airport). Well-appointed and comfortable rooms, and a stylish top floor restaurant. The buffet-style breakfast was very good.
room good - restaurant fair - staff professional - location vis-a-vis airport and shuttle good
Hotel is nice in all ways except nothing within.walking distance for eating outside.
The hotel itself is not bad, but not eat at the restaurant on top. Got there late and never had a chance to eat, so we decided to try eating there. I ordered a wagyu beef hamburger that was fried instead of grilled. Also the fries that came with it were burnt. They also forgot my friends order.
We stayed for a 19 hr layover. Location was great, close to the airport. Comfortable room, nice ambiance. Breakfast buffet was superb. I would stay here again.
Good, clean hotel with room service where you can easily sleep off the jet lag before you explore Japan. Close to the airport and the staff is extremely helpful.
Its good for someone wants to stay close to airport.
Convenient with enough amenities with a great Japanese restaurant upstairs.
A nice clean hotel. we selected this hotel as the connecting flight was in 16 hrs, and the hotel is close to the airport. It was ok for a overnight stay if you wouldn't go out. No one told us that WiFi was not free.
Layover at Narita unavoidable and this hotel was an adequate location for a lengthy layover enroute to another location in Asia. Transportation was easy to locate, bus was right outside airport departure lounge and was prompt. The room was an average hotel room, it served the purpose for a hot bath, a meal and a night of rest while on a long layover.
Typically, Japanese hotel. Small but nice. The staff are nice.
From the first day to the last day I stayed there every one on the staff was very helpful and courteous.
This is not a 5-star hotel, compared to what we are used to in the US, but you can't beat the location for next day flight home. Staff is the best, next comes the shuttle bus, between the Narita Train Station and Narita Airport. Very handy for reasonable meals and last day shopping.
We had early flight and we stayed at this hotel. Overall it was a good hotel and the food at the hotel restaurant was ver good. This is an old hotel and the room is small. I got a good price , so it has a great Value!
just passing through for a one night stay very convenient to the airport rooms were very clean the staff was very helpful and pleasant
I only stayed for a night until I got to my actual location, but the people were very nice. I wish there was free wi-fi in the room and not just in the lobby, but everything else was great.
The bus transportation from the airport was nice. The staff was friendly and spoke decient english. The room that I had was not that bad, it was bigger than what I was expecting. I had a bit of a time trying to find the pool and work out area, have to go outside to get inside. The only downside was that the bed was a bit hard, harder than the hotel beds in the US.
Good find, would stay here again. The shuttle from the airport was what I needed, so that's why I chose this hotel.
All shuttle are free,so make sure to take the one to the shopping mall,or the sations. the staffs speaks better english than I.Very nice restaurants in the hotel.
Grest location, very clean and excellent service.
