Amazing home in Chiaramonte Gulfi

This 19th century cottage with swimming pool near Chiaramonte Gulfi and 7 km from Comiso offers a suggestive atmosphere, an ideal setting for those who want to experience moments of history and romance in an environment full of flavors and traditions. The house is located in the context of a Sicilian farm that produces DOP olive oil with a distinctive Sicilian flavor. In this regard, it is possible to taste the oil and visit the oil mill during harvest time, in which you can also participate. The house can be reached by a short road surrounded by olive trees. A large canopy covers the windowsill of the villa and is equipped with tables, barbecue, table tennis corner and table soccer. On the side of the accommodation you can play bocce. The rooms are large: living room, kitchen, dining room and five bedrooms, one of which has a four-poster bed. All rooms overlook the beautiful countryside with olive and orange trees as far as the eye can see. Outside, among trees and lawns, guests have at their disposal an irregularly shaped pool, bathroom and shower. Even the little ones have their own area with slide, swing and playhouse, while for the older ones a gazebo has been built near the pool to enjoy excellent aperitifs or a glass of wine. A few kilometers away is Chiaramonte Gulfi, with its pine forest and mountain village atmosphere, or Comiso (ancient Casmena) for a more cultural visit. A few hundred meters away runs the SS514 road that connects the provinces of Ragusa, Catania and Syracuse, so you can easily move to explore much of southeastern Sicily. Ragusa, Modica, Scicli or the Iblea beaches are within 20 km.
